I ran out if my blood pressure meds and had my doctors office send in the prescription to this location. From there on I am not able to contact this business, kept me on hold for 2 hours multiple times before I got fed up with it and hung up. It occasionally stopped music and started ringing and immediately gone back to playing music again. Looking like a scam to me.
Called on June 3rd, 2024 multiple times. Report that operator and send them home with a pink sleep.

I went and bought a product, said product was missing pieces, I realized just before leaving the store I returned quickly, I arrived kindly saying that pieces were missing, they moved me to another box, they asked me for my receipt, and to my surprise they asked for my identification, I made the comment that I did not have it with me physically but I did have a photo, which they did not accept, they told me that I had to go to my house and return, if I wanted to and if not tomorrow, I would come back, I let them know what they would do to me. It's an outrage to do all that, just for a simple return, I went and came back, and when I arrived, a certain RICHARD approached me, and he said no, he wouldn't give me the refund if it came tomorrow, I told him why, if I had already gone for my physical ID and he told me no, I was very angry and that he wouldn't do anything, that that was how it was in the United States and that if I didn't leave, they would call the police, which I told him, mark him here I'll wait for you , the good thing is that you have cameras and audio. As he saw that he didn't have me, he had no choice but to give me a refund, I gave him my Mexican passport, and he said that Mexican passports were disgusting, he thought I didn't listen to him. JUST be careful with that person. RICHARD.... RICHARD,

I was worried trying to pick up a prescription here because of the reviews and they're all correct. The pharmacy is inadequate as far as pharmacists, professionalism, and useful help goes. I called 3 times to avoid having to come here. Each time my call was disconnected after being transferred to pharmacy. I HAD to come in unfortunately. I've transferred many prescriptions very quickly and easily before and have had them in hand within an hour or two elsewhere. First interaction with what I assume to be an tech. Friendly but ditsy.. I told her I'd like help to transfer my prescription to this location from San Diego. She said yes we can do that then we just looked at each other for about 15 seconds of uncomfortable silence. She said one sec and then helped 3 cars in the drive thru. Talked to a pharmacist, came back and said "you have to have your doctor change your prescription location" ............ Here we go........ Tell me you guys are lazy without telling me you guys are LAAAAZZZYYYYYY. Blonde older pharmacist then comes over to investigate why I'm so stumped only to cut me off mid sentence while she incorrectly assumes what I was going to say and gives off handed answer. Surprise surprise. Now they can't find any info on me whatsoever. I just picked up a prescription from my normal Walgreens within the last 2 weeks. I walked away mid sentence following her conversation etiquette. They just need to close the pharmacy down.

They don't have a great service in Pharmacy. You have to wait a lot ( phone or in person)

They never answer the phone. It's impossible getting your prescription filled here. Just bad service all around.

The pharmacist here decided to simultaneously insult me and stop filling my long-time, valid prescription. And no, the Rx is not a drug of abuse. As a result, this has put my healthcare situation in a major bind overnight for no discernible reason.I don’t have the resources to visit an in-person doctor, and these pharmacists have decided they know better than my physician (who is located in the same state, and who I visit once every three months). This is a problem that’s likely to increase drastically in the near future. Take a look at some Reddit and Twitter threads where you’ll see pharmacists bragging about their ability to deny a completely valid Rx. These are folks who I regularly correct on their specific area of expertise, even though I dropped out of med school to do other things. It isn’t right to allow unanimous decisions from a chain store pharmacist without them providing *some* cause or reason beyond simply “not wanting to” fill a prescription. Right now, your pharmacist could simply decide to stop at any time. I, for example, have been using this Walgreens since I first bought my home in Vista, and have years of history here. This portion is speculation, but the medication in question was written as the same total quantity (in milligrams) last month by my doc, but in smaller per-dose units (resulting in more physical pills, but no actual increase in total dosage). The pharmacist also read this incorrectly, stating that my dosage had “increased” (it had not, it was simply 30*5mg instead of 15*10mg, as a quick example). In short, it seems the pharmacist was racing through scripts too fast, misinterpreted the change as an *increase*, flagged it incorrectly, and doesn’t want to admit they are wrong when politely asked for the reasoning.EDIT: I went ahead and filed a report with CA’s excellent oversight board, as I fear for others who may lose access to medication due to what I can only assume is either incompetence, neglect, or prejudice. As for the two star rating: the pharmacy techs are always quite helpful and staff is friendly outside of the pharmacy. It’s the head pharmacist who seems to be blindly denying valid Rx’s without putting the work in to determine legitimate answers (not assumptions) re: their concerns. Don’t allow people to stay in positions of power who won’t admit their mistakes and who lack the empathy to even ask about individual situations. It’s all 2 minutes of extra time that could save you your license.

Tanya, the pharmacist, is genuinely interested in her patients, is friendly NS professional. She goes above and beyond to find the correct drug company who make something you need, gives very kind counseling for a new drug and follows through. The gal at the drive-through was very helpful. Just have patience, but it beats going inside. Their reminder and auto-refill reminder work great once you sign up. Appreciate all the people here. Thank you.

Nice store-friendly staff. Stock well every time I am in there. Never a long wait time at the drive-thru pharmacy.
