I had ordered a bunch of items to promote my guitar building business, I received the order quickly, I am very happy with the shirts, business card, labels and such. The printing was perfect, all the items are of high quality.However, one item was missing, (I believe it was coming from another vendor? ) I used their very simple on-line chat where I had the pleasure to "meet" Ella May. She was awesome. She quickly found the problem and solved it. Then she assured me that she would personally follow this one item along it's way.Everybody makes mistakes, and this was just before christmas so I can imagine the folks out there were facing insanity. HOW someone corrects their mistakes is key.My business, Blamo's Omniscient Garage, is growing fast. I certainly will be buying more from Vista Print.

The customer service dept, was outstanding, they new exactly what I needed , printing was done correctly and completed on time, could not ask for better, will recommend Vista printing to all my friends and family.

Came back for a re-order of some business cards, and was very pleased with my purchase. This company is not only spot on with the print work, but they are also consistent (which is hard to find these days). The staff is amazing too, very friendly!! I highly recommend Vista Printing.

Our last order had terrible color reproduction, so we called to complain. We were told they would fix it on our next order, and it would be free. Now that it is time for that order, they have no recollection of offering us this order free, and argued with me about it. I asked to speak to the business owner, and was told he would call me back, which he did not. Go somewhere else for cards. Lots of local places are rated better than these people.

Lots of local places are rated better than these people.PS - since he likes to claim in every bad review that it isn't him, I want to make clear this review IS for Vista Printing in Vista, Ca, and NOT Vista print online.In response to Ed saying that I called "just before closing time", you knew you had an upset customer and chose not to return the call that evening, which would have taken 5 minutes tops. If you "planned to call the next day", then why didn't you? I still haven't gotten a call, which is why we will go elsewhere in the future.

My apologies to Vista Printing. I was trying to post a less favorable review of VistaPrint so got the wrong company. Unfortunately, YELP does not seem to allow me to 'remove' my review which I wrote in error so am posting a positive review for Vista Prin without ever having used their services. If YELP polices this review and won't post it, then, I would ask YELP to please remove my previous, less favorable post which was in error as I had the wrong company.

The business cards I got were awesome. However I made the mistake of signing up for website design. The services they provide didn't match my needs. Now vistaprint is holding my domain name hostage. $150 to another site to steal my own domain name. They only keep it because I told them I wanted that domain. So now it has value. Thanks some BS!

Vistaprint won't allow me to print a swastika 卐 because they say it violates their policy of hate speech and violence... even though I was using the swastika to CONDEMN nazis... yet they will allow the printing of the communist chines flag, when the chinese murder their own people and enslave muslims in concentration camps. I'm sure they will also allow the printing of the ANTIFA logo, even though the FBI has designated them as a "domestic terrorist organization' ENOUGH OF THIS POLITICALLY CORRECT BULLSHIRT!
