Mike Diamond was awesome. I've been to 6 different stores trying to get help with my business account. Not only was he able to provide the solution needed but was provided concierge level service in a timely manner.

I came to pay my bill. Jony was soooo great! He suggested that he could save me $25.00 a month by changing my plan to 3 gigs.
I am so grateful to Jony for taking the time and suggest this new plan!

Well since this review Version reducesd me to 2 gigs soon after this review. Yesterday I was at the store paid $10 over what I owed. And for some reason my phone still won't work. I have spent hours trying to activate my phone. It seems the payment made yesterday didnt go through, even though I paid cash.
I use to have automated payments, but Verizon turned off that too.
Its become a bloody nightmare trying to pay & activate my phone! Why does Verizon make it so hard to talk to a live person? The automated service just spins me in circles. There are no options for: "I've paid above the minimum payment, but you didnt activate my phone".

Connecting my phone was a pleasant and quick experience , the entire staff set a welcoming atmosphere, with Bryan especially being attentive and friendly .

Verizon turned off my line without a notice. I was left without a number for over a day. I came in to have it fixed since this is what was recommended. The person who checked me in was rude and not helpful. I asked for help with initial issue and was told “absolutely not”. I was left on my own for almost two hours struggling having things done. That one person didn’t check on me once, didn’t address the issue, ignored me during the whole time of my visit. After hours of struggles I was able to figure the situation out and was able to get in touch with a really nice specialist who had no issue being respectful and helpful. He was able to show me in one minute how my initial issue could be resolved. To clarify, I was never offered that by the check in person. I still can’t believe how mistreated I was by this location. It’s unacceptable. I’m currently looking into switching to a different phone carrier. I don’t want to do business with Verizon, fixing the issues that they made without my consent, wasting my time, and treated badly.

Autumn and Fabian were both AWESOME!!! I had issues with my phone and they got me a newer phone and switched all my stuff over very fast!!! Very AWESOME customer service...fast and friendly as well!!!
