Araceli was so helpful and her whole team! My boyfriend came for a notary, even tho they were busy they all kept good costumer service and great energy! Super fast as well! I definitely recommend everyone from vista to go to this location even if your on foothill area please make the drive the service here is 10/10 MUCH better than other sister sites in vista! ??

I’ve been going here since 2010. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. I love that my packages can always be delivered here because of all the problems with porch pirates. Also if I need a notary or have Amazon returns it is so convenient. They are open 7 days a week and I can access my mail 24/7 after hours. I have visited other locations and this by far offers the best service and friendly employees. Lynn the manager should be commended for running such a smooth “ship”.

Lynn the manager was super helpful! I had four large boxes to return and I forgot to put tape on some of them. She was really nice and offered to tape them up for me even though it was my mistake. It was busy and there was a line of people but all the employees were friendly and helpful to everyone. Probably the best UPS location I've been to. Thanks Lynn!
