Branch on Hacienda was closed (first - no more lockboxes, then closed completely ) , so Vista Village Drive is now our branch to go. I like the ATM machine inside, there is no way the skimmer would be installed here (not sure about ATM outside). Also, I like that you can select which denominations (one strange thing - no $10 available, why?) to take out. Line for tellers is usually long, but help on the floor is also provided. Parking could be a problem, there is only one handicapped spot. I ordered pesos once (before our trip to CDMX), it was the easy way, money just taken out from our account and delivered to the branch on second day. I also learned , that some transactions could be done thru US Bank App, instead of visiting the branch (like depositing checks). Still, if I need cash - a visit to the branch is required.

came in to cash a check as a non-member of this institution, just for their employee to write over a check and not want to cash it in because it needed to be " held " even after verification from their client who provided the check, big inconvenience on top of ruining a check pure incompetence from this location

This branch is in a convenient location but not worth banking here. It's super tough to reach anyone by phone. The customer service lacks. I reached out to a manager for help with an issue that a teller couldn't help with. I had the pleasure of speaking with Megan. She was very condescending, lacked professionalism and was just plain rotten. She was honestly just not normal... definitely "that manager" that everyone is scared of because anything will set her off. She was super rude, didn't want to deal with my situation right off the bat. I was very nice to her and was thrown off about how she was treating me. Maybe she was having a bad day and I got it taken out on me but I will no longer be banking with them because of her. You don't treat your customers badly. There are plenty of other banks.

They need more tellers. Went on my lunch break and I've so far been waiting in line for more than 30 mins. And it is always like this. I have the app but unfortunately what I have to do can't be done on the app. The credit union I go to always had enough tellers and the credit union credit card offers a lower interest rate.

So last week i had do some shuffling around so to speak. I ran into all kinds of bullsh## because i had forgotten passwords, special security questions etc. However, Renee Balcom & Branch Manager Dustin Duris really made my life easier with their professionalism sense of humor and overall attitude that i really wished i got at other establishments. I could tell that Mr. Duris was a little worn out from whatever he delt with that day but noticed how he still maintained great service. As i said before great attitude from the both of them. Thanks guys!! As always the T stands for truth.

I am very sorry I opened a checking account with this bank. I have had nothing but trouble since day one!! I went in on a Friday to deposit my paycheck. I was told I could only get $200 at the time and could not have access to the rest for 1 business day. I figured ok, $200 would be enough for the weekend. Well, when I go to get money on Tuesday no funds!! When I called the bank they told me I can't get money for 5 business days!!! No money for a week, with two kids and driving for a living!! I was furious. To top it off they bounced my SDG&E check which I almost got my power shut off. Second, I go into bank to cash a fairly large check and I was told they could not do it!! I was shocked. The staff was very rude as well. I do not recommend this bank.!!! Oh...and how can I forget that if I use a different ATM other than US bank I get the regular $3 fee and US bank charges me another $2.50 because I used another banks ATM!! WTF????

After 20 odd years with this bank and always a balance over 70K, today I am moving my money to a new bank. The tellers are always nice, but I am paying a bunch of fees I wouldn't have had to pay at the competition. It just seems the main corporation isn't focused on service and is just trying to nickel and dime you to death. When you question this stuff you get piles of paperwork and no real service

I tried using their ATM machine last night and the machine kept the card. I don't live in the area so I had to drive 45 minutes today to get my card. Once I got here I found out they shredded my card. There was no cause or warning. They just shredded it for no damn reason. I won't bank here and I sure as hell won't use any of their ATMs again.

About 10 days ago I went into this branch and asked the assistant branch manager for 2 cashier's check! She said, it will be $7.00 each, because I ONLY have saving and retirement account with US bank. I refuse to pay to be able to withdraw money from my own account! So I asked her for cash, instead of check! Her comment: I DO NOT HAVE THAT MUCH MONEY IN THE BANK! So now I asked her: "HOW CAN I TAKE MONEY OUT WITHOUT COSTING ME MONEY? Her answer: "IF YOU CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, I WILL GIVE YOU ONE FREE CASHIERS CHECK! I had no other choice but CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNTS with US bank.!!!!!! Instead of waiving the fee, she had no problem handing me a free check after she closed my accounts! WHO WANTS TO HAVE A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH A BANK WITH THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE?????????
