My bodybuilding coach turned me on to True Nutrition and I have been using their products for years. However, any time I encounter an issue, the customer service is absolutely THE WORST! Most recently my order arrived damaged. True Nutrition blamed the carrier (USPS) and then told ME to file a claim. No accountability!

Recently found this company and really enjoyed how customizable everything is. I grabbed the pre and had two proteins made. I placed the order and asked how long they told me try to order on a Wed/Thurs for a Monday pick up. I did just that and around noon time they got a hold of me my order was ready. Great communication and customer service was awesome. Everyone at the front desk were nice and easy to work with. I would come back and plan to order from here on out. Thanks!!

Ive been buying from them for over 3 years now. I haven't had any issues with any shipping or orders. When I did have a question on their protein they got back to me via email the next day. They were super helpful and I always recommend them to all my fellow gym goers that are looking for different protein options that they can customize.

Ordered a few products on a Wednesday, and the following Monday my shop account still wasn’t updated on the status of the order. I called since I was leaving town that Saturday and I didn’t want the products delivered when no one would be home. They advised that they were not sure about the status of my order, and they would called the production facility and call me right back. 3 hrs go by and I didn’t hear anything, so I called back and found out that the order was never fulfilled due to an issue with their system (she also mentioned that I wasn’t the only one this happened to). They said that they could do expedited shipping but I would have to pay an additional $30 due to the issues with THEIR process. The people on the phone were nice enough, but terrible way to do business.

I never write negative reviews. However, this one needed to be said. I ordered this product because of it's clear indication of being free of both gluten and soy. Upon arrival of the product, the label clearly states the product is manufactured in a facility that handles both gluten and soy. Unfortunately, there are some of us that don't get to play games when it comes to these ingredients.The company's remedy? They point me to their return policy that says I must pay for return shipping of my unopened product for store credit. On top of that, I'm directed to a warning tab on the website that indicates the product isn't actually gluten and soy free. Shame on me for reading their product description indicating its free of these elements and being so lazy that I didn't click on every tab to find the hidden message.I like to support companies that at least make the attempt to do the right thing. This is not one of those companies.

From the time I ordered my protein to when I received it took 20 calendar days. That’s way too long for a 1 pound package of protein with couple of ingredients. Just unacceptable.

In my opinion...THE BEST protein powder you can buy! I've been purchasing protein powder from True Nutrition for over 4 years now. Very high quality, and the flavors have all been delicious (pumpkin spice & chocolate peanut butter cup are my favorites). I love that you can customize your own unique mix, and for the cost/serving it's also very affordable compared to competitors.

I have been buying from them since 2008. However, their costumer service unlike their products has never improved. Often dismissive of costumer concerns and switching blame to warehouse, website issues, they never own any mistake as their own.Their products are A+ which is why I keep ordering from them, and they offer protein sources hard to get like pure egg white protein, but man they sure need to invest on better costumer service and real solutions for costumers and the principle that empathy does go a long way. .

I have been selling packaging my whole adult life over 45 years n this person was the worst I have ever been face to face with on a sales call. I am a big boy so I can move on but if I owned this company she would get a lesson on how to tell people no. She doesn't have the skills to be in front of anyone
