Exaggerated prices, but if you are Latin I recommend not going, to change some pipes it was more than 1200 dollars, but only once you learn where not to go

I went here last month to get a leak (oil) fixed which was a result from Jiffy Lube not changing the oil cap filter which was supposed to be part of their oil change service. This caused leaking and burned smell come out of my car. Robert cleaned, changed, and fixed the issue in less than an hour. He also kindly cleaned and checked the battery, water, engine, etc without me having to ask him.He also showed and explained to me what happened so I would understand what’s going on with my car. Really good service at an affordable price.

Robert and his team are amazing people! They did a fantastic job taking care of my Lexus for a major service I had in the past, and recently repairs my front brakes, and changed my battery. I'm blessed to have an outstanding mechanic, and highly recommend.

Outstanding service quality and pricing! I’ve been coming here for several years and they never fail to deliver ! Very capable in dealing with American, Japanese and European cars; they have serviced and help maintained my BMWs, Saab, Benz, Nissan, and Toyota. Robert and his crew performs the best job that never disappoints !

I learned Tri-City from a dealership where I get my vehicle serviced.The problem of my vehicle is the right break light wasn't functioning. The mechanic told me that the whole system must be replaced and it will cost me $1,200 parts and labor. But, my salesperson from the dealership secretly told me to bring it to Robert; he gave me Robert's phone number. 'Called Robert, he told me to bring my car. He checked the break light, changed the bulb, the break light turned on. I asked him, how much?He said "nothing!" I just changed the bulb. (Thanks to my salesperson from the dealership ) Robert is a trustworthy mechanic.He is extremely reliable and a good mechanic. From that time and onwards, he is the only mechanic my family trust.We're about 49 miles away from his shop, but that's all right with us. We are for sure we are in good hands with Tri-City. (Robert)

More than anything, I needed honesty from my mechanic. I drive 40 minutes to come here. Each time, the service and prices have excelled. My last visit was to do a general look at hoses & belts on a vehicle that sat through the pandemic. Rather than take my vehicle in and manufacture some charge, a visual inspection was done - free of charge. I have 2 cars and I will be back.

I usually never write reviews, but this place was FANTASTIC. Fast, professional, and affordable. Chris was phenomenal, he was very helpful, and had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process. I left feeling great about my vehicle, and great about the people working on it. Highly recommend Tri-City Tire. Robert and team took me in on short notice and were so informative of all my options and super accommodating. He actually charged me less than what they quoted which is always great. I was having issues with my rotors for a while and despite having to get parts shipped from LA, he had my Kia Stinger ready same day! Great experience overall 100%
