I ordered sunflowers ? in a spring bouquet to be delivered to my mother for her 92nd birthday!
What she received was purple & pink carnations with a purple bow!
When I called to find out what went wrong…some answered the phone “hello “ instead of Try City Florist? He claimed to be the manager, and just said they must have been out of sunflowers ?!
Very disappointing!!!

The owner's delivery service went out of their way to make sure the flowers were delivered to the proper address. The person I ordered the flowers for thought the arrangement was "spectacular!"

Due to a shipping error we didn't receive the flowers on our delivery date, but they worked quickly to make it up to us. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and the presentation was amazing. I would definitely use them again and thank them for helping to make my Mom's birthday right.

I am so impressed with this business! Sometimes, this just happen in the busy holiday season.....When I phoned Peter ( the manager ) and said there were a few issues with my order, he sent the correct new one. My husband bought this affordable, beautiful, and fragrant rose and stargazer bouquet. They delivered promptly. The bouquet was freshly made and the roses shimmered. Very pleasant to do business with and outstanding customer service. Very nice people. Bouquet including delivery was less than $125.

This is a busy shop. It was hard for me to reach them by phone but when I eventually did I was not disappointed. I wanted a graduation Lei for my granddaughter's 6th grade promotion. The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and friendly and worked with me to make a lei that would fit around a little Girl. My granddaughter loved the lei. I highly recommend Tri-City Florist.

Ordered thru ProFlowers Tri City arranged and delivered what a joke this looks like this arrangement was put together by toddler. Was told a large arrangement paid well over 100.00 and was the size of a store bought in a bag.
