Called and left a message, no one ever called me back. I went online and left an inquiry, no one got back to me. I really can’t say much about Toolmart except they don’t have a habit of calling back.

I visited this location on several occasions in the last couple months. All experiences were at least okay, but mostly excellent. For tool service, John was very professional and helpful. It took a little while to get parts in to do it, but not unreasonably long. For purchases, the prices were reasonable. Discounts and promotions were applied that made the deal even better. The specials at the end of the month were a great deal too and much appreciated. They have a good inventory of tools, so I never left disappointed without getting what I wanted. They have some other general tools and supplies in addition to the power tools that brought me there in the first place. The items of that sort that I bought were also good quality and fairly priced.

This store is awesome. Purchased really nice Japanese pull-saw. Ironic because the focus here is on pro powertools and shop machines.

They always have almost every tool I can think of. They also do a great job at having many different price points on each type of tool. I go there often when I need tools.
