I don't know why everyone is complaining about the service. I come here regularly for 3 years and I have never have a problem. Usually I'm in and out in a minute or two. If there is a line, it is not long at all unless a customer has a big order. And the lady will have that customer stand to the side and finish anything that needs to be filled out. And then she helps the next customers.
In my opinion, the clerk does a great job handling a rush of customers. I've never had a problem.

I would give negative stars if I could. Terrible staff, just a drop-off took more than 25 minutes because she was busy making personal calls at 10 am. When it was my turn, she asked me to pay $6 for taping the box which should have been a simple Amazon return. This package didn't mention 'Customer packed'. The woman glared at me when I said I didn't want to go ahead with the return. I didn't return the package and went back frustrated having wasted my morning. These people truly hate their jobs. This store should shut down. Drive a little extra if you have to, save yourself the trouble.

Maps says it's open (8am Fridays, today 10/4/2024) but it's not (now 8:40am). There's no door handle for some reason??? Customers can't even pull the door open! Very weird and fishy.. Poor service if it's not even open when it's suppose to. Very poor.

Very unfortunate how mismanaged this store is. This location only has 1 person working at any given time, so depending if someone is doing a large shipment, notary, whatever you’ll be guaranteed to wait. I’ve now started driving over to the Shadowridge location on Melrose because they have 3+ people working and there is rarely a line. I’m writing this now as my husband is inside, and there was 6 people in line and the lady is doing a notary with no one else to help. I’ve seen several people walk in and walk straight out.
I agree with others, that this location tarnishes UPS’s name and should be closed or sold to someone else with better business sense.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this UPS store location that I feel compelled to share.
As a small e-commerce business owner, reliable shipping is crucial to our success. I personally delivered a package for next-day air shipping, emphasizing its urgency to the store associate. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of errors and miscommunications that resulted in significant delays and frustration.
Key issues:
Package mishandling: Despite clear instructions, my next-day air package was left on a shelf for multiple days.
Inconsistent information: When I inquired about the package status, I received conflicting information from staff.
Customer service concerns: Staff members seemed stressed and quick to blame others, including openly scolding a new employee in front of me.
Management accessibility: When I requested to speak with the owner about these issues, I was told they were out of state and staff was uncomfortable contacting them.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, the combination of these issues raises serious concerns about this location's ability to handle important shipments reliably. I strongly urge UPS corporate to review the operations at this store to ensure it meets the standards customers expect from the UPS brand.
For potential customers: I recommend being extra vigilant if you choose to use this location for important shipments. Consider alternatives if you have time-sensitive packages.
I hope this feedback leads to improvements in training, communication, and overall service quality at this store.

I've been here a few times and I can attest that transactions take too long. One time I was waiting in line, the employee was picking up a customers daughter and telling her how big she's gotten. Asking other unnecessary questions as the line grows. I know customer service is important but be mindful of people's time as well.
The employee was also super condescending upon questions.

It looks like a lot of people gave this place one star, but I had no issues with getting a document notarized. It was fairly busy so I had to wait 10 minutes, but the process was professional and the building was clean.

No matter the time or day I always receive the same above and beyond experience. UPS trains all of their employees to train every customer the way they would like to be treated and I 100% feel that whenever I am in a UPS store or having any type of encounter with an employee of UPS! Thank you UPS!

Came in to return my work phone to my company. The employee was confused and blamed me for not being clear about my request, even though I told them what I needed and immediately gave them the instruction sheet to follow for the process.
