This is a great establishment to get a quick and easy oil change. The employees are top notch and are extremely kind. They helped guide me on what to do as it was my first time and were always making sure I was recognized as a customer.

Was waiting in line at this Valvoline for both lanes whichever one opened up first and kind of stayed back from the garages they told me to move to a particular Lane and when one card moved out they let cars that were there after me get service before me I did not like my experience here and felt like they needed to do better

I’m in complete shock came in to get an oil change this morning. Immediately after my oil change my car starts shaking and sounding awful. I never had problems with my car before. The engine light also comes on along with how horrible it’s running. I come right back within 5-10 minutes to let them know the 4 guys are trying to figure out what happened and look confused. The guy who did the actual oil change won’t even look at me or come over to the car to ask what happened. They tell me it’s my coils I tell them well my car was completely fine before this and now my car is shaking horrible and it feels as if there’s something stuck in the engine. I leave there’s nothing to do now after they tell me this. At this point my engine light is blinking and my car is dangerous to drive. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE WALMART DOES A BETTER JOB FOR CHEAPER. WORST 130$ I ever spent.. update ...I emailed 24 hours ago and have no had any reply back

DO NOT take you car here. I waited an hour and ten minutes for an oil change with o my 5 cars ahead of me (two of which were currently in the bays). While I was waiting, the large amount of staff on hand did not seem concerned with efficiently getting through the customers, rather they were more concerned with SMOKING THEIR VAPE PEN RIGHT IN THE BAY! Literally tossing the vape back and forth between each other. When I finally got up to the bay, they seemed to not actually be beginning my oil change, only to tell me 15 minutes later they didn’t have the right tool to even drain my oil even though I’ve taken this vehicle to this location multiple times. The staff didn’t seem to know how to explain the “issue” and simply said “your drain plug underneath is weird and we don’t have a wrench for it”. For an establishment that “specializes in oil changes” they sure aren’t well equipped for the basics. Who knows what the employees were smoking but management SERIOUSLY needs to pay some more attention. Blatantly smoking on the job with a line full of cars and not enough tools to handle my 2017 Mazda cx5. Unbelievable. Check your cameras management.

My hood was a little sticky to open . I told them it just needs a little WD-40. They sent me home to WD-40 it myself and come back ( there were no other cars at the time to be serviced ) what auto place doesn’t have WD-40Service: Oil change
