I have been a member for at least 3 years, and I really liked it. Now, in the past year has gone completely downhill. No customer service, understaffed, facility is not kept up like it was. They used to have clean towels folded at every station, but now you have to walk around to find a cart that has towels just dumped in it. There are multiple vacuums out of service. Today is Friday and I went in at noon, obviously a very busy day and time. There was ONE Employee working. Malcom. He was running around putting cars thru wash station, coming out to fix gates that didn't go up, trying to put towels out at various station while keeping an attitude that he cares. I don't feel your company deserves an employee like that who you just hang out to dry. He did a great job with customers complaining and was doing best he could. This is not an isolated event, many times you are short staffed. I'm on the fence about keeping my membership. I used to love this place and would love to see it brought back to what it was. Once again would like to commend Malcom for doing a great job being a one man show. Thank you

I started going to superstar car wash a few years ago. Since then, my car has gotten multiple scratches and last month my antenna cover came off in the car wash. I filed a claim at the car wash with a manager who never turned in my claim form. I tried emailing claims and without response. I asked him for a refund and to speak to someone regarding the damages They told me all they could do is give me a gift card. I requested to speak to a manager and again no response. There is no phone number to call. Horrible customer service.

This place used to be good, not anymore. They have sped up the car wash so your car doesn't come out as clean as it used to and the last 5 times I've been here there are no clean towels to dry with at any station. Literally this time, all stations are out of clean towels. It's like they have sped the machine and cut employees to reduce overhead and maximum profits... yep, that's probably it. Also, don't even think about trying to cancel or change the card that your account is billed to. ALMOST impossible. They will be guaranteed to have issues with the system doing this. It's really sad, we were so excited about this place coming into Vista. It's better than a dirty car, I guess.

I've never had a bad experience here. Today 8/6/24 I didn't see anyone to guide me into the car wash area. I honked my horn to see if I need to wait, or I can go; it was couple of mins of me waiting. An employee named Malcolm started yelling at me and telling me to wait 3 times with anger and rolling his eyes at me. As an employee it was not professional of him to yell at customers. Got me very upset, didn't even try to give me the car air freshener until I asked for one. Super upsetting and disappointing.

I had a concern regarding a housekeeping issue that recently changed at Super Star and I also had a billing issue and Jose from Customer Service demonstrated excellent customer service skills when he reached out to me quickly, listened to my concerns and conversed with me in a manner that gave me confidence he understood the housekeeping issue and why it concerned me. He immediately corrected the billing issue to my satisfaction. I have two memberships and do not regret either. The car wash staff at Super Star have always been friendly and helpful and the music at the car wash is fabulous. It reminds me of the roller rink when I was a kid. It is FUN to wash the car at Super Star and my dogs love it too! FIVE STARS! FIVE SHINY STARS! Show less

Do not sign up for the subscription. It's nearly impossible to cancel. I ended up canceling my credit card to get it off of my back.

Best car wash in the Vista area and your ride or vehicle will shine bright like a diamond after it has been here and it is the best self service car wash I ever been to all the equipment works and all the chemicals work and after you have driven it through the wash they have vacuums, rags and air hoses to completely dry and clean your whole ride inside and out so when you are done and driving out your ride will look like a million bucks!!! However you don't have to pay a million bucks to have your ride looking shiny cause the value is amazing! There are no services requested due to the fact you pay for your wash and drive it through and when you come out the other end you have to dry and vacuum your ride yourself!

Jesse had an excellent attitude gave me a great experience in the tunnel for my 1st time, definitely recommending more people to come and get a great wash.
