After asking multiple times to clean up the gel manicure, I ended up with a trash job. It's a cash only place, they have an ATM inside their shop that charges $1 to withdrawal, or 3% for card transactions. Will not be back to this establishment. I will be looking elsewhere to fix this mess up. It was a nice atmosphere, but with people that don't know what they're doing unfortunately.

I ordered a gel manicure, expecting light blue gel on my nails. But, I ended up with regular nail polish. This isn’t the only thing that they did wrong or badly. The woman that did my nails was extremely rude and she ended up drawing blood with her nail clippers. And what is worse than that? Still being charged a gel manicure’s price. I would not suggest going here.

I went in to get my nails done today and I was disappointed, got sat down at 2:40pm & didn’t end up leaving until 5:00pm showed the nail tech my inspo picture was told she can do the design and in the end I got the total opposite.. ended up with duck nail French tips ….??

I came in as a walk-in for a gel manicure.It was a Wednesday and basically empty;The woman who was doing my manicure(Older 45-55yrs wearing a ridiculous amount of fake jewelry and wearing a traditional attire from Vietnam which would have looked so much better without her hanging stuff on herself like a Christmas tree) She was obviously not wanting to do my nails and didn’t say one word to me or even look at me..she clearly spoke English and was speaking to the front desk girl and a man there in English, she also spoke Vietnamese to the workers there, It seems she is the manager or owner regardless of who she is SHE IS RUDE AND HAS NO CLIENT CARE SKILLS.Not only did she not say one word to me, she didn’t even look at me in the eyes, she speed rushed through the “manicure” basic soak in water and trim of cuticles which was less that 4min! Then she put on the color (she refused to let me look at the brand name gels, she pulled them off my hand and gave me two books for the gel knock offs of the cheapest type) she colored my nails and all together my gel “manicure” was less than 15min. I was charged $38 dollars and when I asked her why did I have gel polish all over my cuticles and my finger tips, she said “your nail too short” I asked her to clean it, then she said “It’s not polish it’s your skin” which makes absolutely no sense!!! I left with polish all over my finger tips and extremely disappointed!! I do not recommend this place and I hope they know I really wanted to like them, because I am new to area and I would have been a weekly costumer for them on mani/pedi! I am also somewhat who loves giving large gratuities because great costumer service should be rewarded; They got zero tip from me and I will never go back, the way this woman was to me..it is the fastest way to bring down a business; Sadly possibly her own!IF SHE DIDNT WANT TO DO MY NAILS WHY TAKE ME IN, IF SHE DOESNT NEED MY BUSINESS I DONT NEED TO GO THERE, BUT TO BE GIVEN GARBAGE FOR WHAT I PAID FOR AND TREATED WITH ZERO RESPECT? WHY??BTW- It has been a week and all gel is flaking up from except the gel all over my finger tips. Going in today somewhere new to get it removed.

TERRIBLE Customer service and Design-my 17 year old daughter went in to get a specific design in 1st pic they said they could do it and ended up with NOTHING like it. The nails she got for $80 looked like something out of a Halloween movie. She asked for a refund. The owner/manager first said no and that's the design she wanted then offered $10 back, then finally after 20 minutes she got $70 back "but they would have to soak it off" as IF she wanted to keep those ugly things on. Mainly Rude, disrespectful and bad customer service. Also don't try to take advantage of a young girl trying to get her nails done.

I asked for the first design pictured. Instead of telling me they couldn't do it they did a terrible job, they didn't blend the ombré, completely different design, messy work, and refused to give me a refund until I continuously asked politely. Do not go here.

What a waste of money! I got a spa pedicure and gel manicure, and the woman doing my nails put regular nail polish on my nails...twice. Then the guy in charge came over and switched with her. He was clearly irritated and took it out on me. Within 12 hours (7 of which I was sleeping), two nails had chipped. The rest lasted not even a week before they peeled off. $38 for wasted time and the hassle of having terrible looking nails for the special occasion I got them done for.

I will never come back here. I had a guy who was doing acrylic nails for me and he cut my finger! And my nails came out looking really sloppy. This has never happened to me before at any other nail salon. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I got a gel manicure from Narnia and she is amazing! Super affordable and high quality. Also a really clean salon and the manager is super professional. I will come back next time I’m in town for sure.

I really wanted to like this place, it was not a great experience. The desk they were doing my manicure at had multiple nail clippings from previous customers. One of the workers kept using a drill right behind me. The woman painting my nails put it on so thick there were big bubbles. When I pointed them out she tried to just brush over it causing a really uneven polish. One finger she gave up and repainted all together. So think top polish is dry but the bottom is wet that the whole polish shifted on my nail. No options on a manicure, so just cut, trim, and polish. I would have liked other options. Very disappointed.
