Had to replace a Color Printer Copier that failed while under warranty. The Manager at Staples Vista was extremely helpful at locating a replacement printer that had all the functions I needed at a price I could afford. Outstanding customer care - 5-stars!

The personal attention I received from the clerk. He walked me to where I could find my item and helped me discern the effectiveness of each item I needed. He made sure I used my APP so I could gain a discount.

ZERO Service at the Amazon Returns. Young lady was rule and helpless. She gave me clear tape to tape the return label on not in a dispenser. I couldnt find the end of the tape and don't have finger nails. The past Amazon store I used taped it with a smile and a thank you. Im going back. Service is everything!!!

Print center is awesome. Anavey helped me with my business cards that the online system could not resolve. She printed them ahead of schedule too!

Don't buy any electronic from here, always broken within a year and the young long haired girl who work for copy machine is rude the way she answer the question!. Disgusting!
