I guess it's called Jackson's now your attendant closed the station at 10:15pm rather than 11pm and it was just really inconvenient

Staff once accused me of stealing. He claimed he saw me put a candy bar in my pocket in the reflection of the window. When he told me this I was so flabbergasted that I put my items down and said I'd be taking my business elsewhere. He then said "Look at your reaction, you're so nervous, that shows you did it."This absolute detective apparently doesn't understand that accusing people of stealing can be rather shocking. This was on my birthday to boot, so really soured my day. I contacted shell corporate, and apparently since this is a franchised location they didn't care. I especially nolonger go here, but I also refuse to do business at any shell location.Whoever runs this place is hiring the worst of the worst.

Expensive gas, like every other place right now. $5.69 for regular gasoline. The pump area is big and spaced out which I appreciate, and inside the store, Jacksons, the employee named Christine was an absolute delight! She was so friendly, welcoming, and awesome in her communication skills! Thanks Christine for helping and making my day brighter!

I usually stop by at night after work & want to give a huge compliment to Manny! He is always in a great mood & is very helpful. He is a great guy & should be recognized!! Well done Manny!!!

Always giving me problems when I come here. Their network is always down for cards, the pumps are randomly shut down across the entire station. Avoid wasting your time.

F*** the employees here. I know it's a dead end job but you're still suppose to be polite and not be snotty. It's the most basic job don't take your anger out on a random person trying to put $20 on a pump

The employees that work here are the absolute worst. Always outside smoking cigarettes and will stare at you from outside as you are at the counter waiting.

Exstreamly rude guy working on October 3rd 2020 at 9pm ..i go in and right away yells at me for not having a mask like his . I lost my mask on 78 freeway so i used my soft hat and covered my nose and mouth ..the guy tells me he will not ring me up because i dont have a mask like his ..i tell him off and flip him off on my way out ..this place sucks

This place is supposed to be open 24 hours. The lights and the pumps were all on, but the screen on the pumps all said “this pump has been shut off”. There was no attendant there.

This place is supposed to be open 24 hours. All the lights were on like it was open, the pumps were on but there was a message on the screen saying the pumps had been shut off. Did the employee just turn the pumps off and leave?
