Called to make an appointment out of the blue and Teri booked me for the next day. I was really happy about the timing for a next-day appointment. When I showed up she welcomed me and listened to my concerns about cutting my latina-type hair. She knew exactly what my hair needed and did her magic! The layers were cut to perfection and I have so much volume and it feels healthier. She removed the fried ends that were splitting because I have thin hair but Alot of it and she created flattering layers. I highly recommend Teri for those with Latin, curly hair that needs good shaping, awesome layers and a boost of body.

Meh. Three stars because she scheduled me same day. And hair looked good at the end of the appointment. Owner did a blowout. She was not very personable, polite, or easy to talk to. She quick/messy dried my hair and it was super damp still when she grabbed a flat iron. I had to stop her to ask that she get the moisture out of my hair before putting 400 degree heat on it. Hot flat irons are very damaging to wet hair and extensions causing breakage and heat damage. She shampooed and conditioned, but I do not recall any other product. No heat protection. I also do not recall any serum, oil or styling crème after the blow dry was complete. Owner/stylist was disinterested and made no attempt to get to know me or to close me for a future appointment. I even mentioned moving up my extensions and needing highlights. Not impressed with her and won't go back.

I walked in off the street. I wanted to try something new. I had no idea what type of cut would be flattering. Terry met me at the door and I told my story and she spent about 15 minutes listening. She cared! I told her I’ve had the same style for years and I don’t want to spend any time on it BUT I want to look amazing. Lol! She sent me home to do some homework and gather pictures. I was impressed! I went home and did my homework. I came back and presented various pictures. Her consultation was candid and I appreciated that! Needless to say she cut off about 8 inches in a cute Bob that was shorter in back and longer in the front with some layers. I received SO many compliments and continue to receive them. Terry was professional, thorough and fun! My style is sassy and easy! I am a happy camper. I highly recommend Terry!Services: Hairstyling

My hair stylist was out of town so I went in to get a cut and color from Terry. She did the worst cut job. One side was 3” longer in the back then the other, the front was so sloppy, and nothing was even. I literally had to have another lady fix it and she had to take over 3” off to fix the back and was barely able to fix the front. Still a lot of it is uneven and I have to just wait for it to grow out. This cost me $125. A child could have done a better job.Services: Hair coloring

I was fit in for a last minute appointment. Staff was friendly but my cut was awful - and I am fairly laid back about my hair. I have long layers that she curled so it was hard to see the gaps when I left. The stylist who saw me 2 weeks later to correct it actually took a picture it was so bad. I should have gone back next day and asked her to fix it but I really did not have the time nor did I have any faith that it would be anything close to what I wanted.

Last minute appointment is on me. But the stylist didn't make any attempt to be friendly or inviting. She barely glanced at the pics I shared for the look i wanted and the result was worse than the home haircuts I gave myself during COVID! To top it off, she said she doesn't know how to use a flat iron to curl hair. Any hair stylist who does not learn new ideas clearly doesn't care about their own profession!!

I was pleased to get a same day appointment. However, quite disappointed with the experience. I asked for a simple bob cut. The stylist spent less than 11 minutes on my cut and probably 5 minutes blow drying it and charged me 50 dollars!!! Poor attention to details. I spent more time driving to this place than what my appointment lasted. My brothers who are barbers spend a minimum of 25 minutes with each of their clients and charge half the price....I know what quality work looks like, and this was not. If you are looking for a low maintenance haircut, I recommend somewhere else.

Yvette St. Claire is a very friendly and professional stylist! I intended to get my hair cut up to my shoulders because I thought it would be a better way to maintain my hair but, she helped me to see that I needed a 2 inch trim more than a chop and to invest in better products and home care techniques. The appointment took about 1.5 to 2 hours for a wash, press, and trim ; cash only payment. Thank you, again St. Claire!
