Rigo is very unprofessional and unreliable. He told me to being my car to his shop at 9:00 am on the coming Tuesday - at which time he'd repair my radiator. When I arrived at that time, however, a car was on the shop's lift and Rigo seemed to have forgotten my appointment. So he told me to come back in 60 to 90 minutes. When I came back 75 minutes later, Rigo informed me that the car on the lift had turned into an all day job. Total waste of my time.

I bought a car at the auction, apparently in good condition but it had many details, smog did not pass, the check engine light was on, it did not have a thermostat, several sensors, the front rotors and brake pads were already very old
And here at Rigo's auto service they leave it to me without any details at an excellent price

Bad mechanic. He said that the transmission was bad, so he changed it. Spent $1300 for him to fix my girlfriend's car and didn't fix it. We went back to tell him and he said he was gonna look at it again. He told us that he didn't know what it was. We just spent $1300 for a "different" transmission and we asked him why did he say it was the transmission, he said he thought it was. He didn't want to keep helping us and said that he was gonna check the car again one more time and that he wasn't gonna be able to help us anymore. He did check it but he didn't find anything and that was that. He just made us spend $1300 for nothing. If zero stars were an option this place would get that.
