I visited the Vista rentacenter in early March of 2022. The manager Tino.was so helpfully he always seems to go the extra mile in helping customers and other staff there does a great job. I would higher recommend this store Keith Baillie of Vista

We needed a new couch delivered to my home. Damond and Marco showed up and took care of the delivery. They assembled the couch on the spot. I'm very happy they made the delivery. Thanks guys

Terrible terrible terrible. I have rented/purchased multiple items from this specific location throughout the years. Specifically a tv, bedroom set, and a PlayStation. All PAID OFF. I recently moved, and have been looking into furniture for my living room. Not only do they lie to you and say they will call you back and never do, but now with this whole COVID-19 crisis, they allowed me to go through the entire application process only to DENY me because I "missed" a payment or two in the past even though everything was eventually paid off. They also denied me because I'm temporarily out of work due to the crisis, even though I explained to them my husband was still working full time and he was going to be in charge of the payments. Clearly they do not care to have loyal customers and do not care about good business. HATE this company and will never return. Shame on you RAC

This franchise is HORRIBLE! I'm not a person who likes to speak negatively about things but my experience with them needs to be shared! I'm a single mom and have 2 teenage daughters, I also have a female roommate. I'm 3 days late with a payment and they come out to our home and to my place of business to collect! I'm not saying they are wrong about coming to get their payments but the manner in which the conduct themselves is downright scary and aggressive! I'm not talking about what they say I'm talking about my 13 daughter being home alone and (because of safety reasons she's not allowed to answer the door) her hearing the door knob turning and then seeing the window screen being pushed as if to see if they could come inside. My daughter called me and was in tears! She was going to call 911, but realized that it was just Rent-A-Center and because of covid-19 didn't want to call 911 unnecessarily. When I called to complain about this to the store manager he had the audacity to not only defend his employees but said my daughter was probably an overreacting teen. When I tried to tell him that my roommate had also had the same experience one day she was at home taking a shower, he insinuated that I was upset because of the payment I owed. Btw I owed 109$ which I had paid in advance the month before...they just needed my approval to use it. SO PETTY AND SCARY AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Stay away from this place!

I have been buying my furniture from Rent-A-Center for over 25 years. I was new to California with four children, no furniture, and no money. Someone suggested I go to Rent-A-Center. When I went to the store, the first person I met was Tino. He was professional, friendly and very helpful. When I told someone where I purchased my furniture, I was told that the furniture was not a good quality. However, I found the quality could compete with best furniture stores. So, if you want some new furniture, please check out Rent-A-Center. You will not only find some good quality furniture but also great deals. The staff is very friendly, caring, and helpful. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed.

After 20 years of being a loyal customer to this company we are cutting our ties with them. It's a shame customer loyalty doesn't mean anything to this franchise. We won't be back ever and we'll make sure we let our friends and family know. We all have hard times we all go through financial difficulties. They just don't care. The stress they put on you is too much. We will never do business with this location. Stay away V
