Hello! I went in this morning and checked in over the phone, one lady calls my name (Isabela) without saying any last names, and another woman proceeds to enter the room. About 5 mins later my name (Isabela) gets called again, as I proceed to enter the room and I notice on the phlebotomist's monitor screen is another woman's name (Isabella P.). At this instant me and the other patient's father realize that we had been switched from lack of checking ID's and last names! We both proceeded to express our frustrations towards the unprofessionalism of not double checking last names before proceeding. Sandra however, expressed her concern for the other phlebotomist's mistakes and made sure to comfort me and the other patient's father by making sure to let us know that she will take it up with the supervisor, she also guaranteed that our tests would not be mixed up and for that I appreciate her service. Sandra was also very light handed, she finished the service quickly and painlessly which I appreciated and for that, all 4 starts go to Sandra. Thank you.

Do not go here there is no one at the front desk to answer questions and if you walk in you could be here for hours labcorp is literally down the street

Worst experience ever my son was there and the phlebotomist poke him twice in each arm, and not only that, but I see every person come in with the band aids, in both arms and their face were not happy I heard a person telling her why are you have to poke me in my two arms if you poke me already six times she was upset and the phlebotomist respond with a bad attitude, telling her you’re not gonna tell me how to do my job. This is what I do every day, so the patient stood up and walk out. The phlebotomist has very bad attitude. I would never go back to that place. We were there for hour and 45 minutes. His appointment was at 10:30. We didn’t get up until 1215.

Best Quest location anywhere in North County! Friendly staff, very clean facility and actually took me in on time! Jackie was probably THE best phlebotomist I've had. She was also very professional and considerate. Kudos to Quest and especially Jackie!

If your provider says "no appointments necessary", don't believe that and please do yourself a favor and book an appointment before going. They basically don't take walk-ins since they don't get to you for hours.

Their customer service is non-existence. Their appointment system doesnt have open time slots for days. They close early at 11:30am everyday so if you have to drop off a sample its impossible to book an appointment. They should have a separate queue for sample drop offs.Arrived at 8:30am and had to wait over 3 hrs to be told they dont have time left.They only have 2 employees working and no one was there to help people with sign in process.I noticed that out of the many scheduled appointments listed on the screen only 1-2 people had appointments and rest were walk-ins. No wonder there were no timeslots available when scheduling an appointment.Wont be using Quest Diagnostics in the future. Do not recommend.

Horrible company! Have been to three different locations to pee in a cup! ? all have different times for this which is not posted online. Even if you are their a correct times, you could wait 30 minutes to a couple hours just for them sorry can't do today ?Make appointment!And good luck ?Oh, still haven't been able to pee in a cup?

The worst service ever by Sandra ! I had surgery last month and my doctor send me to get some labs because It was getting infected. Sandra was so rude not only with me but with my mom who was helping me because I couldn’t walk, she didn’t do the labs right and she even charged me more and my infection got worse, I’m in the hospital now fighting with the infection. Please if someone read this and help me escalate this case.

Got here early. Would not allow me to check in. Can only check in 10 minutes early. Lady in waiting area not wearing a mask They call her name. She tells them she's fully vaccinated and does not have a mask. They served her. I hate wearing a mask. But the sign on the door says mask required That's double standard. So I'm all checked in with appointment My appointment time was 8:40. Lots of people in the waiting area. And yes they are running late 8:50 and they still have not called my name finally called my name at 8:53 Another lady no mask walked. Staff said nothing Well I guess 90% of us complied with the sign on the door. So they take me back to room number two the girls checking but can't find a vein I tell her she only gets one shot at it so she tells me let's wait for another girl the other girl I tell the same thing she's checking on my veins she freaks me once she freaks me twice she picks me at third time and I said didn't you hear me I only like to be pricked once we're done unbelievable took two weeks to get a morning appointment since I had to fast and no one there is able to do it properly and it's not even to location closest to my house this place sucks

Absolutely terrible. Sandra chastised me for not knowing a code to sign in on I pad. I was chastised for not having insurance card. Finally told tech to knock off attitude or we were leaving. In a fake voice tech said it's her job and she will do as she pleases. I was told to calm down for techs aggression. This maybe too big of a job for Sandra without receptionist.

Opens at 7:30 AM, appointment at 8 AM .... its already 8:40 AM and still closed. Who know if they'll open up..... 4/7/22... oh yeah, my wife just called... they said 20 to 30 more minutes.

Sandra is a lone warrior. Not sure how she is able to run the entire show but she is doing it! I went in for some lab work and she was so sweet, I definitely would not be as chipper if I was working alone. Sandra is number 1 !!

What a f****** joke. I had an appointment for 11:30am and I show up at 11:15am and their doors are locked because their hours are 7:30-11:30am WHAT THE F***? Why do tho offer appointments at the time of your closing and waste peoples time ! And I can hear people inside at least have the decency to open the door and address me like a human. Wow. Unreal.
