This pace is an absolute disaster- it is a borderline SCAM- I bought a car here and got the biggest run around in history l- BUYER BEWARE - absolutely disgusting-Look at the other reviews too- this isn't sour grapes - this is me saying that they are crooks- look at the responses to the reviews- clearly they are not stable owners!! Again, you have been warned folks - do NOT give them your business- if anything glows wrong with the vehicle, they will you and treat you horrible- like their combative responses here, they will not work with you AT ALL- they are desperate and nasty people

I had the worst experience ever i bought the car on February and now is almost August and I still have not received my tags.all i being getting is monthly permits i truly will not recommend anyone to buy from this dealer no body cares about the customers after they make the sale...i hope this comment will make a change on their customer service.

Hello everyone I have been looking for a 2000 -2001 bmw 740 and happened to Google one night and luckily for me stumbled onto Qaulity auto outlet, spoke with Joe the owner the following day and it literally has been one of my best experiences buying a vehicle, especially because Joe is out in California and I live in Maryland all the way back East. I see why Joe has been in business for over 28 years, he has integrity and is very honest gentleman .I had to arrange transport and it was a little challenging but Joe worked with me every step of the way, i definitely recommend Qaulity auto to anyone looking to buy a car, you are in good hands, I truly had a better experience with buying a car from him long distance than local, that's saying something.
