The location was closed during hours the store said it was open, so I ended up having to book this online. The area has poor cell reception, and there was no Wi-Fi left on for somebody picking up a truck, so it was very slow to get everything started. The location Services were not solid, I had to walk around the building in order to be considered in the right location. Then when I finally got into the truck, I had trouble turning it on for the first round, but it went on after that. Later, it would not turn on for Several attempts with the key. I had to jump the battery myself, Then had to leave the truck on in order to prevent it the battery from dying again. I wouldn’t turn the truck off before I made sure everything was during the drop off because the car was not likely to start up again. I took a video of the car, not starting when I tried turning the key. finally, when I looked online to reserve the price per mile was lower than what ended up being on my bill. The reservation says $1.09 per mile, my bill shows $1.39 per mile.

Absolutely ridiculous. Hours posted are 8am-12pm, only four hours. They are never open those hours, ever. I've been here about 10 times to make a point, and not ONCE were they here when they were supposed to be. When someone finally does show up after calling the number many times, SOMETIMES, they are rude and unhelpful. Pathetic. You need to close your doors if you can't run a business correctly.

Very nice people running the store. Also easy to pick up Wish orders. The hours are 8-12 noon so be sure you don't go there in the afternoons. Good experience.

This store is super unprofessional they have posted business hours but yet you actually have to call the number listed there in order to get anyone to come out they do not have posted hours for different covid stuff so it has nothing to do with what's going on. I waited for about an hour before I called and they said that the person was there at the location to which they were not and the next day they were not there as well either at any of their hours and so the next time that I attempted to go to their store they were also not there and I had to call again in order to get anyone to come and as soon as she came over to the store she was very rude and she didn't want to be confronted about why she wasn't at the location during business hours she quoted that the store was run by her husband and she didn't give a crap about the customers and this is a place that is supposed to be representing a large app AKA wish and they are not doing I think the job that they should be doing because it is very unprofessional for me to have to call in order to get someone to come at the store because if you have designated business hours you should have someone at the store during those business hours and you should realize that you're also wasting the customers time and we have a right to know why you're not going to be there at the location and there is absolutely no reason for the person behind the counter to be completely rude to the people who are just asking why their time is being wasted which is exactly what has happened this is now my third time going to location and I would give this 0 Stars if I could not because of the person on the phone but because of the experience that I had when I actually was able to go to the location itself like the lady clearly did not care about customer service she told us we were harassing her when we were asking why she was lying to us about being at the location so I will never again be sending anything to this location and honestly I'm probably going to be canceling my order because even when I was able to go in and get it handled that they had issues with their systems and said that it was on the app. I had to contact the app and that there was nothing that they could do so hopefully others don't come to this location expecting great customer service because the lady clearly does not care about customer service and she doesn't care about how she's representing her business either or her husband's business and honestly we shouldn't have to call to get someone to come in during normal business hours like that should be like a regulated thing where if they have normal business hours they should be there like any other business and if they are going to have different hours because of what's going on then I need to have that posted because right now they have just wasted my time on multiple occasions and I am not happy at all so 0 out of however many stars

He has great compassion in what he does. Excellent customer service, and the best pricing that I've seen. I don't think anyone can beat his hours of operations. He's currently offering U-haul service! QC Wireless, Omar the Master Craftman, is a 5 star. Do yourself a favor and check him out! You won't be disappointed. Congratulations Omar!
