They don't stand by their products or their installers. They blame installer (who they originally recommended) when clearly the product is defective. Because the installers aren't in-house by blaming the installer they don't need to stand by any warranty. A few months after installing LVP it started cupping and floating and making cracking noises when walked on... took months of back and forth but they finally blamed installer but agreed to provide replacement planks which the installer installed without charging us. Installer told us the product is garbage and he refuses to install it anymore. Again less than a year later the problem reappeared in more spots all over the houses. Pro Source sent an inspector and now claimed the slab required a vapor/moisture barrier which wasn't installed which again is installer's fault, not defective material. So they say they won't warranty the product and wish us luck with the installer. Extremely disappointed and won't ever recommend this company. Also telling our interior designer to stop recommending this company as well.

Kevin at ProSource provided excellent, professional service to help me find the right flooring for my home remodel. He was very patient and informative, never pushy or disinterested and helped me find a high quality product, that looks great, at a great price. I'd seen some of the same products at other stores for far higher prices. I highly recommend ProSource and Kevin, specifically. Thank you Kevin!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Kathryn Cartwright and Alec Hertz! when I remodeled my kitchen. Kathryn’s recommendations were outstanding. She took the time to make real my vision. She brought up specific details I would have never thought about. Thinks a like sparring between walk ways for chairs and dinning. In the end my kitchen was spectacular. Alec was responsive and helped me navigate where to put my investment that would meet my need.

Cathie and I have made three purchases for our home from ProSource of North County and have not been let down once. The first one was kitchen cabinets. Then we bought a sink, and I just picked up 1600 SQFT of LVP flooring. We had one issue with damaged freight. I brought it to their attention and immediately got replacements ordered. It was extremely satisfying to have a real person that cares about customer satisfaction. The design team that I worked with was awesome and everyone that you talk to is super friendly. Not to mention, they have an immaculate showroom that is very impressive.

We are doing a kitchen remodel and needed custom cabinets to fit our eclectic style. I am a simi retired contractor with 35 years of construction experience. My business is RB Power Design. I use the power of technology to plan projects and assist clients that are looking to maximize their savings without compromising on quality.Armed with a vast amount of pricing information, I set out to find a cabinet manufacturer that I wanted to purchase from. I went to the Masterbrand website and decided to look at Kemper Cabinets. I happenstance on to ProSource Wholesale when I was referred to them by Masterbrand. I had not been there before and did not know what to expect. At first, I thought this would be like any other wholesale warehouse, but I was surprised to find that was not the case. This place is immaculate, by far the cleanest showroom I have seen, and the product selection is limitless.The staff was welcoming and treated me well. My first contact was with account managers Rae Marie. She explained how the membership works and set me up so I could start using their services. The next day I received a price quote that was within our budget. The next step was to meet with David the kitchen designer. He is a real pro and made excellent recommendations. He also carefully explained each cabinet in detail and made sugestions to improve the functionality of the kitchen. As a local designer I'm always trying to find my clients the best products at reasonably pricing. The team at prosource in Vista has been wonderful to work with. They have a great selection of flooring, tiles and countertops and my account rep Kevin goes the extra mile to help me and my clients source products, even if they are not in the showroom. We have always had great customer service from Kevin and Scott the manager.

We had worked with the company at the Vista location few times, we are very satisfied with the tile quality, and the account manager Doug had been very professional and patient with us, great communication and always find the best price for us. I literally just got out of this place Right nowThey have the glue that I’m looking for but the guy wouldn’t sell it because “it’s on top of a rack” At this point I’m just baffled so I said why not just get it and sell it to me, then he says “there is a shortage of glue” - there is some weird stuff going on here because they clearly had the glue in stock but the guy did not want to sell it to me for some reason, I’m not cynical but I left completely feeling like him not selling the item had a deeper cause.awful customer serviceMy stair are being repaired and this is the recommended glue. I would steer away from this place.

I had ordered few tiles with the company at the Vista location, the account manager Doug had been very helpful, great communication, very patient and friendly with us when we have problems, and always try to find the best price for us, highly recommended and definitely will work with them again
