Paid $15 for a notary and the employee did not properly notarize it so I have to pay another $15. This has also delayed my form from being processed by about a month. As some of the other reviews mention, go to a different location.

I go there to get my packages and mail. The lady that works there is really nice and professional. She always has my packages ready for me when I arrive. They also do Notiery service too.

Don’t come to this location if you value your time. You are better off driving 5 minutes to the locations in either direction.I came here at 9am, which is when the hours state that they open. Lights on in back, but the door was locked. Figured they needed a few minutes to get started, so I went to get a coffee. Came back quite a few minutes later and still not open, well past 9am at that point. I ended up going to the Sycamore location instead.I complained to a few people in my office and it turns out this is now the normal procedure for this location. One coworker told me she once waited until 9:30(!) and the Annex employee finally walked over from 711 with her snacks for the day…I used to come here all the time a few years ago and the woman with the glasses was always super helpful and seemed to be there on time. Too bad it has gone downhill. I won’t be back to this location again.

Terrible customer service. Arrived at 9am. Neighboring business says she usually doesn’t arrive until 9:20. 9:15 she opens the door. I asked if she opens at 9, she ignored my question. Asked again she said yes. No apology. I asked if she was changing her listed hours. Ignored me again. Then I asked if she was going to address me at all. Then she said she will not give an accuse. How about a simple sorry!?!? Zero customer service.

This place has been closed for nearly a month. The signs say open but doors are locked and no one in sight. There are a bunch of boxes and junk everywhere that look like a crime scene.

So the website says it’s open I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes now it’s 0920 and there are no lights on packages all over the floor . Hmmm time for some new management maybe . It’s Tuesday morning at 920 am and there is no one to be found . Oh and the sign says it’s open at 9 am .Totally unprofessional as usual customer service is very hard to come by in these times where everyone feels priveledged

I always look and listen to reviews. But this one time I just went off of what was a convenient location. My goodness, I should have listened to everyone of those reviews. The notary, maribelle was incredibly rude. I told her before we began that I needed a witness in addition to a notary to watch me sign. She was talking to her buddy when I arrived and clearly wasn't listening to me because once she signed she said she can't provide a witness because she's working by herself and that I should have told her before she signed. I told her I did tell you and she literally said look you can go ask them, and pointed to a customer walking through the door. She said ask them to sign. Like hell, I'm going to ask a stranger to sign my legal documents. What in the world. She had a line of customers (4 people) behind me and she was still trying to make a point that she's right. I was trying to cut the conversation and say good bye and she's still trying to argue. Just awful service for myself, and the customers there. Can not believe that with all these reviews about one person that she still works there. Drive an extra 4 minutes down the road to UPS. & just like MANY other reviews. She forgot to provide the notary form that notaries are supposed to give once they sign.

Do not come to this location. There is a lady here (Mary- something is her name?) who is horrible. She is super rude and will get pissed off at you for nothing. When I went she was rolling her eyes at customers and being snarky. This is the second time I've come here and experienced her horrible customer service. There are plenty of other negative reviews about her on here, I don't see how she hasn't been fired.
