I came in here to return something , I believe for it was for a notarized form, and the lady behind the counter who helped me, (and she was alone but busy) was extremely kind and very helpful, not only to me but I next six peoples that walked in. Thank goodness her help walked in at about the right time to help everyone else (:> highly recommend this place!!

I needed 2 people to witness my signature on some legal documents, but did not need to have it notarized. My bank said they could not do it. Since I live around the corner I called this PostalAnnex and they were super helpful and were happy to witness my signature by both of the employees. Super friendly and professional and helpful. Don't do business here . The owner Chris is unprofessional and dishonest. She held on to my mail for over two weeks from EDD for my unemployment and caused my claim to be in question. After I explained to her what she caused she was insensitive and confrontational . I'm still waiting to receive my benefits since December.

I had a large shipment (large prefab Greenhouse) arriving at my house (2,000 lbs on an oversized pallet) and the company was initially good at coordinating when it would arrive (between 1 and 5pm). So I hired some help to assist me unloading it. Unfortunately it arrived fairly late at 4:45pm, but that's still in the delivery window. My plan was to off-load it piecemeal as fast as possible onto my driveway then relocate all the parts / panels / etc to my backyard. It was grueling work with many of the pieces weighing close to 200 lb. The point to make is that the delivery man (Chad) was absolutely fantastic! First off, he made sure that his large truck wouldn't damage my driveway pavers. Then to my surprise, he helped unload it - and I mean he really helped out big time. I placed a $50 bill under his paperwork for him to take... and when he found it he said "No way, you don't need to do this. I'm happy to help." With that comment, I knew I had to do this yelp review and mention his name.

I went in 10 minutes before the store closed to have a couple of things notarized. I realized when I got there I only had one of the documents. Gabby the girl that was working there allowed me to email the other document to them and she printed it out I signed it and she notarized it. She also printed up a fedex label for it to be fedexed overnight and did this all very sweetly kindly never complained I apologized for keeping her after hours and she said that was OK . I feel that she went above and beyond and I really appreciate the nice friendly service she is an asset to their store.

We had needed a document notarized asap & by chance found this Postal Annex +. The notary was so helpful & down to earth. We were able to make copies, have our documents notarized, & express overnight mail them all in one visit to the office. It was just the most convenient & overall pleasant experience. It had been a stressful day & to be able to accomplish everything to conclude our day’s efforts was so helpful.Thank you Postal Annex Vista!!!

They won’t provide any tape and sell theirs for a ridiculous price. They also charge a “convenience fee” to use a credit card!
