Absolute trash. Advertised a product that contained all required tools and instructions. I received a printed YouTube link of “instructions” that were not valid for my device. When I found instructions online, they used tools which were not included in the kit. Absolutely a fraud of a company. Remember, if they misrepresent their products in this manner, you should be able to receive a full refund through your credit card by issuing a chargeback.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a repair kit only to find it took weeks to arrive and multiple parts were missing from the kit. They will not respond to any e-mails and the phone number is invalid. Terrible experience with this company and I hope nobody else falls for their plans.

I found your website and was thrilled that yall had the LCD for my phone.. Just wanted to say what a great job Mark Wallace did in⁹ helping me get the right part for my old broken phone so that I could retrieve photos and videos of my late DAD from it. There was no help from Verizon but he made sure I got shipped the correct LCD. I was able to get everything off the broken phone.. Received wrong parts and they refused that i sent it back because the package was opened! Basicaly thru away $50. Worst supplier i ever dealt with. Just look at complaints on the BBB site! Should i have checked first and will be filling mine shortly.
