I politely asked where the bathroom is located and the employees and management said (with attitude) that "there's no public bathroom." To them i then said "what about the dogs that poop and pee on the floor? Why do you accommodate them but not their owners? What are old people supposed to do?" To that they said "we tell them the SAME THING NO PUBLIC BATHROOM."
PetSmart let's you pee if you need to do I'll be heading there from now on.

I recently went into the hacienda store and the crew was cool I was pretty much helped right away and most of the staff seemed friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful...4 stars instead of 5 because they didn't have many cat treats or toys. Lots of cat food choices however.

Their groomers are always super kind and friendly and make the experience so simple

Taylor, the groomer is very awesome. I love how she talks to our pet as she is working with him, I wasn't that pleased with the cashier when she asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the groomer and I said I would leave with the groomer, and she said that I had to write down the amount no matter if I was going to leave it with the groomer or I left with the charge so they could see how much I left. I have never had to do that before. The excuse was that they wanted to show for accounting purposes.

Looking for cat litter pellets none on the shelf, the assistant went in the back and brought out a new supply so happy that I didn't have to go to another store. My only wish is that you would carry Nutri source dog food, have to go to kahoots for that brand
