Banks hrs are 9 - 5 M - FWent there Thursday afternoon at 4:37 States hrs on door, open till 5pm.... Not.They were in the bank, but door's were locked..

I don't bank here thank God. They called the cops on my friend as he waiting for me to get out of a dentist appointment. He is a disabled veteran that just wanted to park in the shade. He was doing me a favor so I didnt have to take the bus during the Covid outbreak. Way to go guys

This bank doesn't have any ATM machines at the branch. You have to go to a 7-11 or other random spot. Customer service inside of the Oceanside branch left a lot to be desired.
