I witnessed two Pacific Towing vehicles driving reckless at excessive speeds on both the freeway and surface streets of Vista California. This company is obviously not training their employees/drivers how to safely drive their company vehicles.

Just witnessed a Pacific Towing truck driving reckless at excessive speeds. These drivers are extremely negligent and have no regard for other drivers on the road. Shameful.

They literally go out there and steal peoples cars late at night when nobody is looking, just like rats steal food out of dumpsters. They are either geniuses or the biggest scammers this earth has ever seen. This company deserves nothing but hate. The reviews speak for themselves folks.

Got to my car as they were starting to tow it. They demanded $152, said I could walk a mile at dark, sketchy area to find an ATM or have it towed. Husband was able to bring money. Got home and a tire was flat. Called them number, they said it was from my driving (a few miles home?) and then he called me a bitch and hung up.

I am absolutely shocked and disgusted at the predatory towing practices of this company. These people are absolute thieves. My car was towed in a spot that had no signage as to why it was towed in the first place. But despite that fact, my boyfriend drove me to pick up my car at 1 AM with the main objective of getting in and getting out as quickly as possible so we parked right in front. I paid my invoice and as we were walking out my boyfriends truck was also towed!!!! The guy who towed it was even laughing as he drove off. They swooped in like vultures, towing my boyfriend's truck right from under our noses as I was paying to liberate my own vehicle. This is not a towing service; it is a predatory towing company that preys on innocent people. The utter lack of decency, compassion, and basic human decency is staggering. Not only that, but they pinched my tire with the tow and completely wrecked my hubcaps. I had to waste the whole next day getting a new tire and they also severely dented the back of my boyfriends truck. Appalling and utterly shameful.

This is a predator towing company. I’ve parked at the same lot on Santa Fe for over two years along with 20+ other cars. Tonight, my car was towed by them and they charged $480 to get it out. We took an Uber there from the lot it was towed from so it was there for about an hour. The sign was new. Why did it cost $480 for a 3 mile tow and an hour of storage? What happened to warnings on a windshield?

This company engages in predatory parking practices. They will tow a vehicle that is not illegally parked and hold it hostage to get paid. I have filed a police report against them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I was parked minding my own business and they pulled up beside me blasting a blinding light in my face and when I flashed my lights to see why the person in the passenger side shun the light at me again. Totally unprofessional and antagonistic behavior. Your employees are a reflection of your business and you. One star ⭐️

This is a terrible, predatory towing company. I was working, SEEING A PATIENT at their house in Oceanside, private complex. There was a complex worker who was sealing cracks in the pavement who I spoke with as I was pulling in. He instructed me that he had already completed the area to the west of where I was trying to park, and that I could park there. So I did. In the 30 minutes I was seeing my patient, my car was towed. The rude worker told me I lied - he claimed "they were working", when I told him the worker literally instructed me to park in an area he had already FINISHED, he said that wasn't true. This is an absolute joke of a business. I'm not sure how these people sleep at night knowing what they are doing.

Unfortunately, they made a mistake at mine and my families expense by wrongfully towing our truck. Emotions were high, however they were unapologetic and did not empathize the emotional distress caused us, due to their mistake. It’s understandable the industry of towing is a “hell storm”, however owning a mistake and apologizing for it makes a difference and would of been appreciated respectfully.

All the reviews about what they said about these people, are true these f**** people are thieves, I left my car in the apartments I live at, and I almost got my parking permit and they still came and almost charge us 400$ even thought we came very early at 8:30 am they still charge us a lot and looks like they're hiding from the window you go upfront are they're scared of what?? That's very suspicious we're gonna do some investigation about this place

This towing company is a complete scam and should be shut down. They towed my son's car while parked at Jersey Mike's in Oceanside on Mission. They have several parking spots tagged with visible signs on poles stating Jersey Mike's parking only and a few spots that do not have signs and instead have Jersey Mike's parking stenciled on the ground. Problem is it's a poorly lit parking lot (no doubt that is by design) and at night you don't see it. Definitely predatory towing and a scam. My son paid $480 to get his car back. We are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau where they already have a D- rating. I'm sure they don't care about their BBB rating since they are not an ethical or legitimate business. Really bad people.

Be wary of this buisness and their practices, especially in Oceanside near Jersey Mike's. My father parked in a parking space that has always been a disabled parking space and is still painted, albeit faded, as such as he is a disabled veteran. Upon leaving, we seen one of Pacific Towing's employees attempting to tow my father's vehicle. We approached and tried to understand what was going on, as all we seen was someone trying to jimmy the door. The employee started off rather aggressively trying to explain it was no longer a disabled spot, because there was a Jersey Mike's parking sign, not even in front of the spot. After a bit of verbal exchange, my father went to go talk to the workers in Jersey Mike's and I preceded to move the car. I approached the driver as he was leaving, stating how is anyone supposed to know the spot isn't a disabled spot if it's still painted like one, an issue the office stated they have had multiple times when I called them afterwards. The driver proceeded to escalate the situation by first calling me an f-ing n-word, then threatened to knock me out. Now I'll admit I was wound up after this, and told him to go f-himself. However, I must say it is extremely hateful and unprofessional for a buisness to have employees conducting themselves in such a manner. I know towing companies are just doing their job, and they deal with unsavory situations, but this is unacceptable. The company stated they had all of this on body cam footage, acknowledging the words the driver used.
