Don Ortega is an honest man and does very good work. My 2016 Scion car had a new bumper. I left it like new. I recommend it to anyone who wants good work at a reasonable price!Sir Ortega is a man of integrity and delivers great body work. I had an accident on my Scion TC, where my front bumper, grill and headlights became damaged. He made the vehicle look like new. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for great work on their vehicle, at a reasonable price!

This shop is excellent. The guys are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly do great work. I would not hesitate to go back. They gave me a great rate on labor and we're exactly on time. Thanks for the new rack and pinion!

If you have any sort of car trouble, this is the place to go. I've been bringing my car to Frank Ortega for over a year, and that's because this guy is the most honest and professional mechanic I've ever met. He always does his best to save me money, while at the same time giving my vehicle excellent service. These guys keep me fully informed on what my car needs and how much longer I can put it off before it causes serious issues, and they do it pretty damn fast, too. One of the first times I came in, I was asking about rotors and brake pads, because some other place wanted to charge me some godawful amount of money to replace them. Frank told me, "Your brake pads are fine, and so are your rotors, but just so you know, what the other shop didn't tell you is that these rotors have a factory warranty, so as soon as they start giving you trouble, just bring your car in and we'll get them replaced, free of charge." I was stunned. He could have just said, "yeah, those need to be replaced," and I would have given him hundreds and hundreds of dollars to fix it, but he didn't. In my experience, mechanics are nowhere near that honest. Sadly, most mechanics will tell you that your car needs work when it actually doesn't, and then they'll often do a piss poor job. Ortega Auto will happily examine your car and tell you that the other mechanics lied to you, and all you need is an oil change... And then when something actually DOES go wrong, they do extremely high quality repairs at a fraction of the price you would pay at Midas, Goodyear, or anywhere else I know of.

Wow, I hate for this little place to get too popular as it's a hidden gem! It looks like a hole in the wall and has great prices. The owner, Jaime Ortega, is a magician. My regular mechanic couldn't fix the latch on my hood and suggested I have Jaime look at it. He stopped what he was doing and took it apart, and fixed it within 20 minutes. Such a relief!
