Outstanding service, hassle free returns, competitive prices, but, what kills this place is they often get you the wrong parts for your car when you order them. How do they get the wrong parts so often? Is it their inventory system, supplier? In the end it is very inconvenient for the customer to buy parts that don't belong to your car when you really need the right parts on the first try...

I can’t believe how amazing Edwin was. The best customer service I have ever received from an individual!! He helped me find out what was wrong with my battery, and even offered to install it for me. A great worker ! Good job oh Reilly on hiring such a good person !! WE LOVE EDWIN !!!

It says free installation on wiper blade and no one did do it . My husband waited and waited in line even being cut off by other customers. He returned the wiper blade . Never to come back here ever again . For me it’s my second bad experience.

If your item is not available you can order it for next day delivery and free pickup in store. No need to waste/spend money on shipping. Speaking of free, they offer the following for free/no cost: -Free Oil, Fluid, and Battery Recycling -Free Battery Testing and Installation -Free Starter & Alternator Testing -Free Starter & Alternator Testing -Free Wiper Blade & Bulb Installation I frequent this location for air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades. It's so much cheaper than the dealership and relatively easy to install these items. The employees are helpful. They will search for the correct item/part and guide you to the part or pull the part for you. In addition, I have had an employee assist with installing my cabin air filter. Guess what?! Now I can do it independently. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The best customer service by far! Returns are easy, even if the package is open. Christian helped me today. The dealership that did work on my car made suggestions for things that need to be replaced and Christian helped with those things in a snap. He made sure I got what I needed and even showed me how to make the replacements and it was so fast. Wonderful help!
