The workers need supervision or better training, they are cutting corners. Last week I bought a couple of tires for my truck, I notice they didn't balanced the tires, when I ask them why no weights for balance they say the back tires doesn't need it (All tires do, specially used ones) they got argumentative but finally they did balance the tires. Today I took my car for a flat tire, they want to put a plug on it, when I ask them to please patch it from inside, again they argue that because the tire was used they couldn't take the tire out and patch it from the inside they got mad and put the tire back without patching it.
I toll them I was going to complain with the owner and toll me they didn't care.
Then I went to Discount Tires and no problem.

Amazing customer service experience with this business! I experienced a punctured tire right in front of the business. Without hesitation the employee asked me to pull in the garage. He saw the tire couldn't be repaired and unfortunately didn't have access to the brand. He helped me put on the spare and when I went to pay he said it was free! I was shocked because nothing is ever for just genuinely helping someone anymore. I would highly recommend this business.
