After searching a number of dealers in Southern California, we decided this was the best place that deserved our business. Every other dealer was the quintessential "used car" experience where you were pretty sure there was some scam that was trying to passed off as legit. North County Ford was awesome. Jesus, Mark and Boyd deserve a shout out for making us comfortable making a large purchase. Do not hesitate to buy from them. These guys deserve every accolade they can get!

The employees that deserve 5 star ratings are Jim in service and Trevor in sales. The reason I gave a 4 star rating was your communication system. Trying to get through to service is nearly impossible. I know you suffered a cyber attack, but you need to fix things immediately. As a long time customer, with loyalty ties to Jim and Trevor, I hung in there, but you're going to lose business with the current communication situation. Steve H

UPDATE: The service department is absolutely terrible! Pick up appointment 0800. I get a text saying driver will be there at 0805. At 815 I'm waiting by my car. I text to ask the ETA.....30 minutes! No communication about being late. Finally picked up my vehicle at 0845. I get the vehicle back and the technicians left a greasy lug nut socket in my cup holder. Turns out they tore up my kit the jack comes in. Something happened every time I use this service department. TO add insult to injury, In get multiple texts from ANDREW, who says if I have any issues to text this number. So I did. NO RESPONSE. I wrote I had an issue and was very unhappy with my service. NO RESPONSE. I called and left a message with Alex Perez the service manager. NO RESPONSE. It's official. I will never return to this dealership. Quite frankly they should be shut down. Their sales and finance people are corrupt and the service department is no better. Absolutely shameful. I've received numerous texts asking me to write a review about this service experience. These automated texts seem very tone deaf and insulting after such a crappy experience.
BUYER BEWARE. This dealership is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. They have extremely predatory sales practice, and horrendouse customer service. I bought an F150 there a month ago. Some extra things were added in by the Finanace Manager MIKE. He never went through my contract with me, and now a month later I recieve the registration for the truck I traded in because he never filled out a release of liability.
I tried numerous times to get in touch with ANYONE who would help me schedule my clear coat. My sales person was completely useless. After multiple attempts and speaking with the Sales Manager Adrian Aguirre, still no help. It took me writing a pointed email to Mr Aquirre where he stated he had no excuses, but he would follow up on the rest of the items I had listed. Never happened.
As a single woman, the entire situation felt predatory in hindsight. Everyone was so nice the night I bought the truck and as soon as they made their sale they could CARE LESS.
I contacted FORD Motor Company and they said I needed to try to speak tp the dealer principal, aka the owner. I called the dealership to ask for the contact information and was told "we dont give out that information".
So this review is my attempt to help someone else from having to deal with the deceptive business practices of Adrian Aguirre and North County Ford.

BEWARE!! Just awful! My car has sat there for over a week and they have done nothing to diagnose the issue. Just try to upsell me on tires that are not needed.

Service was great for the recall item. The ride share took 40 minutes to arrive. Cost of recommended services were significantly higher than non Ford shops.
