We have purchaesd 5 cars from this store and service our cars religiuosly with them. Now that my moms lease expired and we want to purchase the lease they are only willing to help us if we buy an extended warranty. Any other store would help us do the lease buy out other then Norm Reeves Honda of Vista. They have lost me and mt family as loyal customers and we now will be going to Mossy Honda. No coinsendence Mossy Honda is # 1 and Norm Reeves is on the bottom in San Diego county. Their employees arent happy and they are not the right place to buy your next Honda from. Horrible customer service from all the manangers...

Jocelyn Torres provided the absolute WORST customer service. Ignores all communication and inquiries yet still sends spam email almost every day. Very frustrating; the opposite of what anyone wants. Of course I went with another dealer - in fact she was the only one that didn’t respond out of all the Honda dealers in the whole county - and then some. I already bought my car, tried to communicate to her that I had done so and to stop emailing me, but of course, didn’t bother to read that communication either. The car business is not for everyone, however, Jocelyn needs to find something else to do. Don’t bother wasting time with this store, or Hoehn in Carlsbad, which is arguably worse - find my review on their page. Go to Mossy Honda instead.

Worst place and service ever! Just for battery replacement, I waited more than 2 hours and after that service guy said no stock , so can’t replace it. Use other place.

Vanessa in service was awesome. I called two other Honda dealers for a same-day service appointment, one acted like it was a major inconvenience and was no help. The other one wouldn’t even answer the phone. I called here and Vanessa got me in quickly and my truck was done in under two hours. She provided a very detailed follow up service suggestion without any pressure. This will be my new home for Honda service and maintenance.

I switched over from Hoehn Honda to Norm reeves and let me tell you they are amazing. I came in last Tuesday for a A17 and a car detail from inside and outside. The detail went well I had some concerns, I spoke with my advisor Ernesto he was amazing to work with. The day I had to come back to show what my concerns were I spoke with Phillip the manager because Ernesto wasnt there. He heard my frustrations and made it better. He went above and beyond even wanted to drive my vehicle home for me. I cant stress enough how well their customer service is. I highly recommend Ernesto and Phillip they were amazing. Thank you to all that made my experience an amazing one.

We recently purchased a 2025 CR-V Hybrid at Norm Reeves Honda Vista and had the pleasure of working with Jose Perez. My husband and I have purchased many cars together and we agree that this was our best car buying experience. Jose was very knowledgeable and clearly answered every question we had. There was no unnecessary pressure, and he was a very good listener. We had visited a few other North County Honda dealerships, and they were fine, but we are very happy we found Norm Reeves. The financing and paperwork was also very easy and made this car buying experience great from beginning to end. Thank you very much!

This review is solely in reference to their parts dept/online storefront.
For months, I had been hunting for a specific part for an older Honda that was on national backorder with no ETA. None of the "major" online Honda parts stores had it in stock.
I found the Norm Reeves Vista site a few pages into Google search results. On a whim, I called the number listed, and McKayla (parts advisor) promptly answered. She said they had it in stock, and when I questioned her in disbelief (since it wasn't available anywhere for months), she actually put me on a brief hold, went to the parts rack and laid hands on the product to verify! If that isn't great service for peace of mind, I don't know what is.
I ordered the part, and had a few more follow-up e-mails, which were promptly and politely replied to by McKayla. The package was shipped safely, cross-country, in a timely manner.
The major online storefronts might have somewhat lower prices, but good luck getting an immediate response when you really need something. They aren't interested in providing great service to an individual--just volume sales. I would definitely do business with this parts department again.

I just bought the all new electric Honda here tonight. I had the best experience. Most smooth easy transaction. Sales managers Mark and Beto are so kind. Along with Brian and Oscar. Sasha in finance is so sweet and gets you in and out of the box. They don’t play any games give you correct numbers and want to sell cars.I had such an easy transaction. Thank you Vista Honda.

Maybe if this car dealership had their employees rotate working on Saturdays. For service advisor that might be able to hire one. Most employees have family and cannot spend time with them due to their work schedules.
