Jesse Herrera provided outstanding customer service when I brought in my CRV for service yesterday 11/4/24. He kept me abreast of the progress on my car & made sure I am taken care of. I’m a returning customer from a couple of years back. I have been bringing my car for service at Hoehn Honda Carlsbad. I am unequivocally considering in switching back, and bring back my car servicing needs to Norma Reeves Honda in Vista. Thanks Jesse for doing what you do.

Twice I brought my car in for service and both times the mechanic forgot to reset my warning light. When I brought it back the last time, the service agent asked why I hadn’t reset it myself. What? Also, each time I bring in my car, I have to go through the constant “we found these other services that need to be done” list they give me. On top of all this, I have an extended warranty and they never keep it on file. I have to bring it in with me each time. Phone skills of staff just aren’t doing it for me either. Total pain to come here. Other Honda service providers are much easier and more pleasant to work with.

Sal Lua was very responsive and detailed in his explanations. It took a couple of diagnostic tests to pinpoint the issue on my 2021 Honda Passport. I bought the car from Norm Reeves Honda back in March. It was just shy of 30,000 miles (maybe 29,700). The car stalled at an intersection twice in the same day. It had never done that while I was driving?
The car has a little over 33,000 on it currently. I had the CarFax report and and figured I was going to take a hit on the 30,000 maintenance and I was. Issue was finally identified and at least I was still under the 36,000 mile warranty. Hoping all’s well that ends well!! Thanks Norm Reeves Honda

Service Adviser Ernesto was great. He assist in providing the requested 30K service jobs on my 2016 Civic and the discovery of two major problems - bad car battery and axle boot leak. Both issues were still covered under existing warranties, thus saving me approximately $900 in expenses.
I rate Ernesto and the Honda team five stars.
I have been a dedicated Honda owner since 1984 with many Honda Accords, Civics and CRV during that 40 years. The current Accord is 19 years old. Can not beat a Honda!!
