This business has been so amazing. I don’t know how I could have started my coffee shop without them. I was able to purchase brand new items that were at a better price than what I could find online and I didn’t have to pay for shipping or wait for the items. I also bought a refurbished brewer for coffee that is amazing and looks brand new. My espresso machine got a second life due to the great repair work, Kyanna is so efficient, well versed in her profession and goes out of her way to meet your needs for parts, repairs and used and new items. A special small family business.

It was a real pleasure to hire Mike and his crew. This is the 2nd time we called this company last minute because our soda machine broke down. We were in a jam and these guys really came through for us. While they were here, they also serviced our grill. It's been an absolute wonderful experience with NCB and would highly recommend this company for any restaurant business looking to get their equipment serviced or repaired. Thanks again, NCB!

I would not use this service if they were the last one in town. Lousy service, not dependable and they do very poor job .

If you want no one to answer your call or promise you that they’re going to call you or even show up for repair. Then call this company. Service tech won’t return your call so don’t rely on it. Tech took all info at first call and then no memory of speaking to you. I have been waiting 5 weeks for them to show up and it is just contact. No one seems to care here. Wasted 5 weeks of use

If you want no one to care or call you back then use this company. Waiting 5 weeks for services and even spoke to owner (or he said he was) neither the service guy or owner has gotten back to me. Today service guy answered and said he would call me within hour and now going on 5 hours. What a waste of time and effort of calling someone. Felt good on the first call five weeks ago and today disgusted in customer service.
