First time customer, thought the service was great. Second time, horrible service. Took many phone calls, from them, to get an order correct. Won’t bill my insurance, which is blue cross/blue shield, told they don’t deal with them. Asked for a mailed receipt, won’t send it, when it should have been included in my order. I don’t know what happened between the first time and the second time, but they need to fix their issues.

It was unexpected that we were going to need a bed. I called around and they price was the best and the equipment was there within 30 minutes of arriving home from hospital. The customer service was outstanding and the delivery and setup guys were very respectful of our home.

Finally made contact with the owner of the company after 6 weeks of trying and was able to get a refund. Gordon, the owner hand delivered my $100 check and apologized for any inconvenience that I might have suffered.

Amazing!! Been using Mori Medical for 1x year now and they continue to exceed our expectations! Service is great, quick to respond to via email and phone calls. Really pleased with the type of relationship we have built with this organization and their team. They definitely go above and beyond for our family. Thank you all !

Very very disappointed in their service! I ordered equipment and had problems so I called Mori. They blew me off and after 4 attempts to have them contact me I finally gave up. Once paid what a disappointment!

CPAP tank broke on vacation. Mori was so helpful and had it in stock. Highly recommend!!

The used rental wheelchair we received from Mori broke, the plastic on the top of the armrest cracked. When I called Mori the representative's main objective was to blame my husband for how he used the chair to lift himself. Mori asserted a wheelchair user should lean on something other than the armrest when standing. We are responsible for replacing the armrest since it was not normal wear and tear. I was already unhappy with Mori for delivering the chair to the nursing home hours after the time promised, delaying discharge. If you have a choice of providers, I recommend not choosing Mori.

This has been one of the most pleasant companies to work with. They have gone above and beyond to assist my mother with her oxygen needs. All of the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.I would recommend this company over and over again!

My previous CPAP supplier was a disaster to deal with. Fortunately, I found Mori Medical Equipment through my insurance provider. They remind me every three months of the supplies that I'm entitled to and ship them promptly. Bonnie has been my rep and her customer service is outstanding! TEN stars!!!

I just got into town from the East Coast and I realized that I left the power cord for my CPAP machine home. I left a message for a customer service representative to call me so I could see if they had a cord. About an hour later Christopher Boyd returned my call and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He located the part that I needed and had it ready for me to pickup. When I arrived the staff was helpful and pleasant. Thank you so much for helping

Giving them one star because no stars are possible.My mother was prescribed for a CPAP machine which was provided through this company. Initially she had difficulty wearing the machine. Needing advice, I called their office to inquire about the device and if there were any adjustments that could be made to help her get accustomed to using it.The representative that I spoke to at that time took the information on my mom and the machine she was using. Once she looked it up, I was told by the representative to have my mother not use that machine due to a recall on the device. I thanked the representative and immediately discontinued use.Twice after that inquiry, I phoned their office to ask if there had been updates as the status on the recall. I was told that everyone was waiting for a company named ResMed(?) to give further guidance. After that time, no information was provided.A few weeks later I was called by another representative from this company asking if my mother needed any supplies for her CPAP machine. A little confused about her question, I told that representative that my mother was not to use the machine because we had been advised by her company to stop using it due to a recall on the device. She seemed to be unaware about the recall but agreed that it she would look up that information and call me back.THE VERY NEXT DAY, I received a call from someone at Mori who insisted that I was never told, by anyone from their company, to have my mother stop using her device. This made me a little angry. I have no experience in CPAP devices other than what I have been instructed to do. I asked the representative why would I have told my mother to stop using the device if I had not been instructed to do so. She kept insisting that it was not anyone from Mori Medical who told me to do that. (Calling me a liar I guess) A few days later I received the a letter saying my mother had not achieved the usage criteria required for the CPAP device and to return it or be charged for the cost of the machine. I returned the machine, wrote down the representatives name that I returned it to, and sent them a certified letter explaining my dismay with their company. Their response to me was to send me a $29.95 bill for some gel cushion they say came with the initial device...that is also not true.There are so many medical device companies out there. Do your homework, read reviews. These folks seem to have an integrity issue.

I was visiting from out of town and forgot one piece of my CPAP which prevented me from using it. Mori medical equipment sold it to me for a very reasonable price, all the other stores I called could only sell me the entire mask device which would have cost four times more. This is a belated review. Thank you!

We needed a patient lift right away because the Dr/insurance approval was going to take a week or more. I called them up and that same day brought it out and showed us how to use it. Very friendly staff. Very respectful. Let us get my Dad in it and spent the time to make sure we knew how to use it properly.
