“Richard service was fantastic. I brought in my samsung galaxy Note 20 because the precious store didn't fix it right, he ofered to help me with the data, and also repairs at a lower price. Richard told me everything that was wrong with the phone and gave me his honest opinion on what to do with the phone. I decided not to fix my Note 20. Then Richard gave me an excellent deal on a new phone for the same price it would cost to fix my note 20. I walked out a very happy customer. Advanced Repair Center is highly recommended in my books. My new to go to spot for anything phone or electronic related. I'll take the 45 minutes ride from San Diego to Vista anytime to get my phone repaired by Richard.”

The store was very busy just after we arrived and though she was the only staff member on site at that time, Anna answered all of our questions, which were many. It's not often that we experience someone that can remain composed with a busy environment. Also a plus is that Anna speaks Spanish fluently”

“Customer service was very polite. I do have one problem though, my phone has a permanent brown dot now that seems to be underneath the screen. I made sure it's not under my screen protector, so I'm not sure what the brown dot is. I'm gonna have to take it back in for them to check it out. Other than that, everything was great!”
