Yoselin, the manager, and Victor, an associate, are low life workers, I wish I could say unprofessional workers, but that would give them a lot of credit for their actions. They will lie to your face (perjury), to sell accessories (fraudulent). They don't know how portability works (without information). Will try to disqualify your business for no apparent reason (possibly bias). He will not provide any contact information to file a complaint, he told me to find out myself when they refused my service. I walked in, in business casual not riffraff. When I was leaving they started laughing, I told them to shut up for being rude, and they responded by saying something about my mom. If I were a business owner, I wouldn't tolerate my employees acting like trash. Do not work with this store, you will be scammed or scammed. They acted like fools with 5 other customers waiting in line to be helped. Truly the lowest of the low.

I stopped by but the MetroPCS this evening to reactivate my daughter's phones and I was greeted by a very friendly young lady by the name of Liz which took care of me and my daughter cell phone issues with great customer care friendliness and positive attitude keep up the great job and good for MetroPCS having such a great hire
