A delightful young lady named Karen helped me switch over 2 phone lines from Cricket last week. She made the whole process easy, she was incredibly pleasant, & I'm very glad we chose to walk into her store.

Went in with my elderly parents to switch out a flip phone for my dad ,right off from the start the lady (karina) that works there showed us a nasty attitude towards us for no reason , even my parents looked at each other like what's up with her . So if u think u wanna go there beware NASTY!!! Attitude

I went to pay my phone bill around 1:40 PM Saturday January 23 and I asked for my receipt but the worker that was working with me got a bit frustrated and when I was leaving I said goodbye and she ignored me I told her twice and she got even more mad I told her "How nice are you" and she got even more mad and she ended up kicking me out of the place. I don't know weather she is the owner or just a worker but she is not happy with her job.

First of all bad customer service :/ Went here today to cancel and change my phone line but the young female worker did not even know how to do it. She was overcharging me and telling me to pay for two phone bills that were due this month when I was only changing one phone line. She also gave me attitude and looked like she did not want to help me. Wish they had better employees with an long experience working there. Btw- created this account just to comment this because it was really annoying when I came there to get help but instead made my experience there terrible. Now I have to go again but to another MetroPCS store

I came in to transfer from another carrier and the young lady there did not know what she was doing. She kept saying one thing and then would say something else. She proceeded to yell across the store as I was leaving because I was angry. I told her I will not come back to this store and she needs to learn some customer service skills.I wish I would of got her name. I'd give them no stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Very annoyed.

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TIME! These folks have always gone out of their way for me every time I've needed them! I am a semi-old guy, so I am probably needier than the average PCS customer. But they never make me feel like I'm an imposition! In fact, they go out of their way to do everything I can to complete the mission. And this has been the case for 2 years now. My compliments to Metro PCS for their hiring practices, because they staff their stores with some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever encountered! Big thanks to Jazmin for helping my wife and I resolve our latest concerns. She and her team took SO much time to get us to the finish line, and could not have been nicer. It's because of service like this that we have been comfortable refer several family members and friends to Metro PCS , and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband posted a review last week of the service we received on Sunday. I feel an additional review is needed to discuss what has happened in the last week. After receiving absolutely no help from the staff on Sunday I asked if a Manager would be available Monday morning and they said she would be in Monday Morning. I went in Monday at 11 and was told that the Manager had called in sick. I asked them to contact me via email (as I had no phone) so I could discuss this with the manager. I never received any contact from the manager.

My wife just purchased a brand new phone from a different metropcs store nearby. The phone had issues and would not stay on. We took it back to the store we purchased it from but we were told to come to this location as they were the only ones who can handle warranty issues.
