I will never go to location ever again please try your best not to!!! I purchased a phone from Amazon and went to this location not knowing it wasn't compatible with Metro so she (Gloria) charged me 25 dollars to flash the phone over and told me after the fact that the phone wasn't compatible then after that charged me another 25 dollars to reactivate my old phone and I reported her to corporate and they told me she wasn't supposed to charge me at all and to go get my refund and when I showed back up to get my refund she told me she couldn't give the refund and the manager had to be present for a refund so I told her to call the manager so I can speak with them so she went to the back as if she was calling and shut the door and never came back to the front desk it's fine it'skool I'm contacting my lawyer asap

I’ve had Metropcs for 10years and it’s been great! I had a incident with returning a phone and 611 wasn’t able to help me and had me running around stores. I finally stoped at the civic location and was greeted by Alexis the store manager… she was super helpful and apologized for her staffs customer service and helped me out to remove all extra charges. She also took the time to explain all the phones and plans, and I purchased a phone on the spot. I was super satisfied with her care and willingness to help. I will be a customer for more years to come with employees like her. Thank you!

Went in on a Friday bought a cell phone,case and screen protector.Brianna was helping she never disclosed prices on any items nor did she discuss activation fee upon upgrade on the phone.When arriving home case didn't fit.Went in the following day and she said she needed my card to make the EXHANGE mind you I just wanted to swap the case for the correct size.Well I used to work for these types of cell phone Carriers and I know what they do in order to obtain more commission.Shady af!I already given her a sale plus commission on accs the night prior.After trying to call Saturday the store was closed earlier then marked store hours....guess you make your own schedule.Sunday went in again the young man was helpful said he would have manager call me but that never happened either,over terrible store.Thankfully I don't have them as my phone carrier I just needed to get my father a new phone.Be aware should you make any purchases here and save all receipts.

5/4/19 Earlier today I walked into this metro pcs store to pay my monthly payment, and I did not know that my friend had payed my monthly bill a minute before I made my payment. So when my friend called me to let me know I asked the young lady at metro for a refund. She called customer service and she was told that I couldn't get a refund because my payment was "pending". Anyways, she asked me to come back to the store for my refund. I left worried that I had lost my money since I have been struggling with money (that's why my friend helped me with my bill as well). So then I went home and I logged into my metro pcs account online, I saw that my friends payment went through but my payment did not appear at all. I went back to metro 30 minutes ago and I was helped by this young man by the name Jeremiah. I told him what had happened earlier today. He called customer service and explained to them how my payment was not appearing in my account. He was very helpful and he patiently worked with customer service through the phone to give me back my refund. I want to thank him for helping me get my refund back.
