The salon is so cute and Kacey, the owner, is great! She really took the time to explain what we were going to do before we started and made sure I was completely comfortable. I love the way my hair turned out!

The ladies here are very nice and homely. First time I wasn't super nervous considering I am picky with my hair. I did a big cut and she walked me through what she would do.

I have a very strict work schedule and very little time for self-care. I can only ever find time for salons on the weekend unless I take vacation time off from work. This is what I had to do for the appointment I booked with this salon bc there was no weekend availability within the next 2 months and would have had to drive an hour or more if I wanted to find a salon that offered the same services and had any openings. I've been trying to find time to get this haircut and treatment for the last 6 months. I was contacted the morning of my appointment only to have the stylist cancel my appointment with the promise of contacting me to reschedule. I have yet to receive any call from anyone and I have no specific stylist I was requesting since I'm not a regular. If I book myself a new appointment I'll have to wait until May (it is March right now) for a weekend appointment (at best) or put in for more vacation time off to get a weekday appointment. While I understand things happen and staff have their own lives, I at least expected the courtesy of a same-day phone call from the salon to try to reschedule with a new stylist or the same stylist since the cancelation was not my choice. Very frustrating when all I wanted was 1 day to do some self-care so I could feel a little human.

I have been going to Shannon for color and cuts for several months now.. I have always colored and cut my own hair for most my life. But decided at 73, to get a professional coloring. Shannon has been so patient with me, trying to get the right tone for my platinum color. She does exactly what I want, and has helped me to achieve what I want. . She is very professional and kind. Always pleasant and wanting to please me.

Won't go back. My stylist was very nice, but I'm unhappy with the haircut, it's uneven and I can't do anything with it. Website is also deceiving, it appears like a more upscale salon that offers beverages. The salon doesn't look the same at all. Must be an old video.Service: Haircut

Terrible Organization and Communication. I called 10 days ago to set up an appointment. They gave me the time 8am, which is early for me but I've never been here before so I agreed because I need a haircut and I wanted to try this salon based on the reviews. I came in, and the woman who was there was nice but seemed as confused as I was; the stylist that I was set up with was not there. About 32 minutes go by, and since the stylist cannot be reached, I am asked if I want to reschedule. I decline; I had already wasted time this morning getting ready, driving and waiting around, and 10 days have passed of me waiting for this appointment. I cannot comment on the skill levels of the stylist since I was unable to receive any services. The woman who was there at the time was friendly, but the overall organization and communication was... as described above.
