Brad is the best. Apple wanted to charge me $600+ to fully replace my logic board, but Brad was able to just repair it for much less - all while keeping all of my files/data. I will 100% be back if I ever have any other Mac issues!

Oh my goodness! Brad saved my data from my hard drive that would not power on. One of the most stressful things as a business owner! I found him on Yelp and loved the reviews so I took a chance and BAM, he was able to save all of my information! I highly recommend him as he not only was incredibly skilled but extremely helpful with how I can avoid this in the future and how to automatically backup hard drives to avoid this situation again. Originally took my Mac to a repair shop I googled that had good reviews - several diagnostics done and 2 weeks later they were still trying to figure it out hitting dead end after dead end. It was sounding like I needed to purchase a new laptop with money I did not have. So I picked up my still broken laptop and googled "Apple Mac expert" and MacNet (Brad) came up in the search results. Boy am I glad he did. He was so friendly, responsive, and when I went to drop off my laptop he had several Apple certifications posted on his wall. I knew I came to the right place. I didn't have to say much and Brad seemed to know exactly what to do. A few days later the problem was diagnosed and he was able to repair my laptop!! Trust me - call Brad if you have any Apple products that need repair or help!! He's your local expert with excellent customer service and fair pricing.

So, I had a real problem. I had just spilled some water in a freak accident on my MacBook Air and I knew this was not good. I quickly turned to Yelp and Brad was the first person I called. From the get go I could tell he was knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly knew exactly what to do to fix my computer.We made an arrangement for me to come up to his location in Vista (not hard to do) and when I saw all of the Mac certifications on the wall I knew I had come to the right place. Within two hours he had replaced the mother board with a much better one (the laptop by then had become basically a paperweight that wouldn't even turn on) and gave me a very respectable price between the service and labor. I highly recommend Brad for both his knowledge and his quick turnaround time. Thank you again so much, Brad!!

Nice guy ! Nobody is perfect ! I hate computers ! They suck ! What I want is a computor that will put up with me ! My pictures are the only thing I care about ! I love my pictures! I hate programs ! And storage in hard drives !!! I hate trying to view my photos onto find out the software or whatever now no longer accepts your format !!!!!

Brad is the BEST! Professional and knowledgeable, he had my 7 year old iMac up and running in just a few hours. The convenience of having him come to my home to do the repair was wonderful, and his follow-up for the next few days to be sure that my computer was now fully operational was very welcome. Highly recommend Brad.

I made the mistake of bringing my Mac to Basic-n- Beyond two times. I paid a lot of money and they could not fix the problem. Brad was able to diagnose the problem immediately and within 2 days of ordering a couple of new parts he got my computer working as good as new! I also recycled some old computers and iPads for a small fee. He is very reasonably priced, honest and fixes the problem quickly. I highly recommend him for any type of Mac services.

I want to thank Brad for everything. My iMac wouldn't turn on and was showing the file with the question mark. He explained to me exactly what is going on and gave me all my options. I was able to get me my computer back working for under $400 with a better brand new hard drive in one day. It would take 3 weeks for me to receive a new computer with the memory I need for my graphic programs I use. That option wouldn't work for me since I need it daily and have a monthly deadline so it was definitely worth replacing the hard drive so that I can get back to work. His turn around time is also amazing. I dropped it off Monday morning and picked it up the next morning! He also advised me on some things after with downloading everything. I was having a hard time downloading a certain program because all I could find was a newer version that wasn't compatible with my operating System. But he told me how to do it and it worked. I know I will need a new computer in a couple of years but this one still works and I didn't need to pay thousands right now to be in business. I now have a go to guy for all my computer issues and will think twice before I just go replace my computers when I have any issues. You see I usually just buy a new one when mine goes bad but it's so hard to get the one I need now. That is what led to me searching for someone to fix mine. I am So happy I found him! I would definitely recommend him to anyone having any computer issues. He's fair, honest, explains things very well and understands you need your computer back as soon as possible and does everything he can to do that for you.

Brad is a very nice guy and knows his stuff. When my I-Mac finally gave up the ghost, he transferred all of my data to a new hard drive and I was able to buy a newer computer for a very reasonable price from Macnet. Macnet gave me peace of mind. I could not be more happy with the price, efficiency and consideration that I received.

I have an older Mac that was slow. Brad installed a new hard drive, the computer is working better than brand new! Super fast turn around, Brad had my computer back to me overnight. Great service, definitely return.
