This is by far the worst Lowe’s ever. Unprofessional helpers dont help for nothing just walking by looking dumb. When you ask for help they just pawn it on someone and call them but they never come!

I was shopping for some pvc pipes and I was looking for other materials and there was this rude impolite male employee with long dyed hair who I calmly asked to assist me in looking for the materials and he just shrugged at me and said “the material is right there at the end of the aisle now leave me alone” in a irritated tone of voice I come here quite often and I was honestly just stunned by his behavior I understand Lowe’s employees work hard but that is no way to respond to a question by a paying customer.

We had outstanding customer service today by a young man named Abe! He helped my wife and I with the new furniture patio set along with helping us through self-checkout and loading all these items into our vehicle. Abe we wanted to thank you again for your great service!

It's a good place to go when doing home improvement or curtain projects. I would like a better map of the store though. I seem to get lost in there but maybe that's just me.

This Lowe's is really bad at giving military discounts. 4 months after we moved to Vista I visited this store and at the self-checkout, I asked the girl who was helping at that time, if I could get a military discount she said NO unless the active duty is present with his ID, I said I'm his wife and he is deployed at this moment. I have my military ID and the same last name. She still said NO and denied my discount. The second time I was there the guy at the self-checkout at least tried to help me, but he wasn't so tech-savvy he tried, and he said sorry we couldn't give a discount today. I think Home Depot is better at that, I should give it a try next time.

Never had such a hard time giving a store my money. Wanted a stove. They offered me $100 off if I opened a credit card. Problem was NO ONE KNEW HOW TO PROCESS a credit card request. I left the Lowes on 76 and went to Lowes on Vista Way. The guy there FINALLY, after trying several times, got the transaction finalized.

Great place to get the parts to do plumbing repairs for the house. Sure happy they have a nice selection on fasteners for my weekend project.

Everything is great at this location. The one thing that bugs me with this location is that your cashiers press the print only option when checking out where I prefer to make my own choice on how I receive my receipt

Went to copy a key, someone was called to do that but nobody showed up , got tired of waiting so tried kiosk but need exact change and couldn't do that easily so I left. Saw a lot of employees all over not a lot of customers

This is my local Lowe’s and it is now the second time that I have gone in in the last few months that I ask for assistance and I’m waiting maybe 10 or 15 minutes at the aisle that I’ve told them that I need assistance in and nobody shows up. This time I just walked out. Also, the two people in the front, the tall gentleman with curly black hair and the short lady with black hair need to stop conversing so much about their personal life and maybe help a customer out next time. I’ve never walked out of before.
