I really never like to bash on businesses, you can see in my past reviews! But this place didnt keep their word this happened a while ago i just didnt want to review them until they fixed the issue and they didnt and i completely forgotten to review them, so we went to go purchase a ring for a Quinceñera/sweet16 and i mentioned to the owner that it was for a girl and the size i needed, every ring i liked was not her size and they didnt have them in any other sizes, her size was 8 he kept assuring me that, that was not a size for a 15 year old, i told him thats the size she said she was. He kept telling me pick the ring i liked the most for her and to take it, so i can see it would fit her and if it didnt he would gladly give me my money back, i agreed to that and took the right i liked. Once she got to try it it didnt fit her at all she was a 8 just how she said went back the following day to find his wife there only, i went to her and tell her the situation, and she said we cant accept returns or you can exchange it but you cant get your money back, i told her this is what your husband told me that i would be able to get my money back, so she calls him comes back to me and gives me a card to a place they recommend to go and resize the ring!! After that customer service and that lie he told me I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS OR RECOMMENDATIONS !!! They lost a valuable customer over greed the person i do recommend is canales jewelery they prefer a long time customer than a one time sale over greed sorry but this was my experience here shop at your own risk and im going throw some shade his gold is thin and cheaply made ??♂️
