Ana Serrano is a horrible woman, and her entire organization is extremely unprofessional. I paid all my required fees to establish a visitation monitor and her staff were unable to coordinate a time to complete the process. I wasted $100 and nothing was able to be done. Fabulous facility! My son and I had the most wonderful, loving and supportive experience with our professional monitor Marcellus and Ana Serrano is extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend.

I would give no star if I can. There’s on going problems with one of the monitors. When I call to tell and explain the problems. The director seems to be annoyed with no apology. There’s problems and they don’t adjust but asked to pay for the visitation that was never confirmed. Very disappointing.
Las Valientes is a program designed to assist women in the local community with legal issues associated with domestic violence. The program assists those in need with obtaining restraining orders a well as with securing legal representation by competent attorneys for family law issues, immigration, and juvenile court.
Our program also assists clients who do not need an attorney to fill out legal documents associated with family law issues. We guide our clients as they go through the sometimes complicated legal process, and accompany them to their court appearances, as well as help them to understand the legal process.
