This place was horrible. Disorganized and they had not idea what they were doing. They also lost my bloodwork and I never got the results and had to recomplete it. I will go to quest from now on

Booked an appointment, after 30minutes still waiting, took my referral and walked away. What’s the point of appointment if it is going to shift half an hour or an hour. People have lives. Bad bad experience

I think this is a nice place. The workers work very hard. Got there was welcomed was helped checking in. Workers had nice smile and I had a warm welcome. Thank you.

Spent over an hour waiting just to be told they didn't have the test and to go to a different location get it and come back. Just a waste of time. It gets packed because the front desk lady takes her sweet time in putting information. Definitely won't ever go again.

No help from staff checking in. Was ignored while walking in asking questions on what I need to do for my test. I recommend never using Labcorp entirely.

Waited a total of 2 hours 40 minutes. Granted, i had no appointment. After waiting 2 hours in my car, I received the text that i was going to be called up soon, so i go in. Then they ask if ive been checked in already. I say yes and they still had my ID as well. Lady in the front says "hmmph, thats weird you should have already been called then.... You'll be next". I sit down and wait patiently for another 40 minutes then get called. Then when i get to the back, the short asian lady tells me, " didnt you get the text?" I say what are you talking about. She says "ive been trying to text you that we're ready for you.". I say i got one text 40 minutes ago and i was here ever since. Then she says" ohh its because you didn't have an appointment thats why u waited 40 minutes". I said , i was also waiting for 2 hours before that for 2.5 hours total... She then said absolutely nothing to me after that besides " i need your initials and signature here" and " you're free to grab your things". She hands me a copy of the drug test and i leave. No good bye, no have a nice day, or sorry we f'd up... Just dead silence. Thanks for trying to make me feel like the 2.5 hour wait was my fault ???

They took over West PAC Lab and Labcorp is under staffed, rude to people that are new to their check in procedure.. They should have one person dedicated to showing new people how the check in works! Long wait times !

Great people, however the location is grossly undersized for the volume of people that go to this suite. I would suggest you go to another location if you are on a tight schedule. If you have the patience of a saint and have an extra hour to burn then this office is for you. The team is great, and they are very kind. Just not the place to go even with an appointment.

Can't make appointments, so had to do a walkin to get test results back before next doctor's appointment and so far it's been over 2 hour wait.

Went to drop off specimen at 2:30 and the doors were locked already. I could see that people were still in waiting room. I knocked several times but they wouldn’t open. So now my specimen can’t be used…have to start all over again! Not a happy camper!!!

The wait. The wait. The wait. Avoid this location for labcorp. I got here at opening at waited hours to get my blood work done. I've been to several other labcorp locations and have never had this terrible of an issue. Highly recommend against this location.
