Fortunately, for Jeff, he hasn't needed my services. But that's because if ever there was/is a human with an over abundance of positive energy, it has to be Jeff Underdahl. In 2022, right before the Feds started raising interest rates, I listed 2.5 acres with Jeff. Needless to say when the uncertainty about mortgage rates had buyers holding off until rates settled, I didn't expect a quick sale. But uncertainty is no match for 'Super Jeff'. Armed with a lot of enthusiasm, infectious smile and that twinkle in his eye, he seemingly just reached into his hat and found multiple buyers.So, bottom line is if I ever sell my current home, or buy other RE, (and Jeff hasn't retired by then), I will definitely ask Jeff Underdahl for his help and you should TOO!.

My experience with Jeff has been personally and professionally. During one of the sales of his homes I was a tenant during the sale and he made every effort to notify me of anything in a timely manner to get the home ready for sale always in a professional way. I always felt in the loop with each step of the way to be prepared when it was time for me to extend my lease with the new owners. I felt he really helped make that happen with the new owners so I would not have to move.I know he always helps those who are selling their homes to get top dollar on his listings. Jeff Underdahl real estate has been nothing but a blessing to our family and friends. Back in 2012 we put an offer on a property and it was accepted. The next day, the bank sold the short-sell property and we thought we had lost it. Jeff went to bat for us and had the bank sale rescinded and our offer re-accepted. The house was finally ours and the neighborhood is the best. Jeff has helped us and so many of our loved ones over the years, and we would not think of using anyone else.

We called Jeff to help us sell a house that my husband inherited. Never having lived in the house ourselves, we trusted Jeff to take the lead. He handled everything from start to finish! He has an army of people who stand behind him and are at the ready. Appraiser, junk hauler, pest control, office staff, etc. We trusted who he referred because we trusted Jeff. Jeff was amazing! From our first meeting regarding selling our home through close of escrow Jeff was highly professional, diligent, honest, positive, and energetic. Worst person to ever work with, lost thousands after he stated "we have done this a hundred times, don't worry about it" and then later threatened I might get sued since the sale could not take place. Wrote me nasty and very unprofessional texts, and nothing got sold. Complete waste of time, a big ZERO in customer service and a complete lack of regard for the seller. If you are going to sell your home take your business elsewhere as this realtor is only out for himself.
