They gave me a very detailed estimate for all the items that needed replacement and they had a super quick turnaround on parts delivery and installation. I ended up deciding to sell the car instead of fixing it, so they were generous to refund the payments I made for parts they didn't yet order. Very clean, organized, professional place, with a good IT infrastructure for customer service. Alejandra was very helpful!

I was directed to Fix Auto for my multi-function camera issue on my Civic. Arturo was so helpful, above and beyond. Ultimately, I was directed to another shop that specialized in calibration and my issue was resolved. Thank you for the honest and caring help from Fix Auto on S. Everyone is very professional and provides excellent customer service, especially Art. My car was in an accident and they handled everything smoothly from coordinating with the insurance company to setting up the rental car from Enterprise. My car was ready for pick up one day earlier than expected. The paint job on the front bumper matched.perfectly with the rest of the car. They even fixed something that I didn’t mentioned was broken! - the center console armrest cover. I definitely recommend this shop.

GREAT WORK, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH COSTUMER!!After getting rear ended and my car becoming a salvage title, not many places would offer to fix my vehicle. I called J&R Auto and Art was happy to take on the work. Him and his team worked with me to fix what I wanted done. He got me the estimate in a timely manner and offered updates immediately upon having them.It was a great experience with them for a bad situation I had to go through.
