Michelle is top notch professional, very knowledgeable. She and Dr B, and Dr Lu have given me spot in guidance about some issues, and I’ve been able to get my teeth into great shape with their guidance. Highly recommend. Very friendly professional staff.

I had a pleasant experience at Ivory Point Dentistry today. An old gold crown had popped off, and I was ready to come up with some serious cash for a new crown. Dr. Miller looked at it, and said, you know, we can just glue it back on! Certainly made my day! Thanks, Dr. Miller!

The deep cleaning by Michelle was really good. I received the Halcyon drug a week before the procedure and the day of the cleaning it made all the difference in the world, especially when she gave my the numbing shot. The two hour cleaning went fast and I almost feel asleep in the chair.

Dr Miller refused to pull jagged decayed molar tooth unless I agreed to pay out of pocket for bone graft because insurance claims it’s not medically necessary. Dr Millers rationale is his “standard of care” which is corporate speak distraction from the fact that it is NOT NECESSARY.So it was his “standard of care” opinion to REFUSE a tooth extraction and I had to leave with a filed down rotten tooth. I can not afford the $480 out of pocket expense for the composite filling - bone graft. I’ve had 3 teeth pulled in the US, and one in Mexico, over the last 20 years and NEVER even heard of a bone graft.(I have had a composite filling bc that is cover by insurance.)But he got his money from insurance for x-rays.Don’t believe the hype. It’s a profit scam.Im returning to Mexico in a few days. Last time I had excellent experience and an enjoyable visit.$50 tooth extraction$45 composite filling

My visit was Fantastic. I was brought in as a new customer, teeth cleaned the same day x-rays were taken. Customer service was on point. I can recommend this dentistry.

Robin is the best hygienist I ever had. Almost every tooth in my head has been worked on and Ivory Pointe has exceeded every other dentist I have had. I am 60 years old. Dr. Miller, amazing at implants. I'm an engineer and his work was so incredibly precise. Looking at the x-ray of two side by side implants, I am blown away at the accuracy of a profession that uses their hands yet creates work equivalent to a machine. I recommend Ivory Pointe to anyone that asks.

This is the Best Dental experience I have ever had. The staff puts you at ease from the front desk back. It sounds a little crazy but I almost look forward to seeing them. You should really give them a try.

I wanted to update my review and share that so since initially posting, I was reached out to by an office administrator who went above and beyond to rectify the situation. It's clear that the incident I had with one of the office staff was out of the ordinary. I'm grateful that Ivory Pointe took my concerns so seriously and worked hard to make it right.

I was greeted with a smile by Tonya. When I explained that I had a sensitivity to scents and was going to sit out front, I was directed to the Zen patio which I thought was very thoughtful. Also, Daisy, the dental assistant, graciously directed me through each stage of my visit. Shout out to Dr. Miller who was thorough in his exam and explaining things I did not understand!
