We attended a powerlifting competition here today. It was great.Everyone was friendly. The event was fun, well organized and worth the, price of admission. They offered, good, drinks and swag at this event.Great time???

Limited equipment make it difficult to get through a workout without waiting. And when you want to cancel your month to month membership they refuse to do so even after repeated attempts. Very poor business practices.

5000 square feet of great equipment. The community is awesome. The owner of the gym, Rick Simmons is unprofessional, cheats on his girlfriend with clients and if you question his behavior you will be kicked out of the gym. He doesn’t value relationships.

Been a lifter here for years. The quality and range of equipment, the skill of the coaches, and the supportive community are unbeatable. If you want to be strong and live near enough, it's a no-brainer
